• Looking for a **BI Solution Architect/Developer** with deep expertise in the **Microsoft Fabric platform**. • Capable of designing, governing, and scaling BI solutions that support enterprise analytics needs.
Job Requirements
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including: Power BI, OneLake, semantic models, dataflows, and Fabric workspaces
- Understanding Fabric capacity management, security, governance, and deployment patterns
- Knowledge of how Fabric components interact across ingestion, modeling, and consumption layers
- Knowledge of Snowflake, SQL Server and Oracle connections to Power BI for composite models etc..
- Advanced Power BI reporting and modeling skills, including: Semantic model design with strong dimensional and analytical modeling principles
- DAX optimization, performance tuning, and report scalability
- Applying best practices for usability, accessibility, and maintainability
- Experience with Paginated Reports, including best‑practice guidance on when to use paginated reporting versus interactive analytical reports (Power BI).
- Strong BI architecture and administration mindset, including: Defining workspace strategies, dataset reuse, and environment separation (Dev/Test/Prod)
- Implementing governance, security (RLS), and lifecycle management standards
- Supporting enterprise‑grade BI solutions rather than one‑off reports
- Demonstrated ability to architect end‑to‑end solutions and produce clear, actionable documentation, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs that can be built independently or seamlessly handed off to other team members for execution
- Solid understanding of embedded analytics patterns within Fabric and Power BI:
- Evaluating different embedding options based on internal vs. external consumption use cases
- Designing scalable and secure embedded reporting solutions
- Experience leveraging the Power BI REST APIs for: Automating deployments and environment promotion
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines into Fabric
- Managing datasets, reports, workspaces, and refresh operations programmatically
- Working knowledge of AI capabilities within Microsoft Fabric, including Copilot:
- Identifying where Copilot can improve development efficiency, model exploration, and reporting workflows
- Understanding how BI assets can be designed to best leverage Copilot and AI‑assisted insights
- Familiarity with responsible AI and governance considerations in analytics environments
- Experience within the Healthcare and/or Insurance domain, including: Understanding of business concepts such as claims, members, providers, eligibility, policies, and financial metrics
- Awareness of regulatory, compliance, and data privacy considerations common to the industry
- Strong ability to engage directly with business stakeholders to: Gather and refine reporting and analytics requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable BI and semantic model designs
- Advise on solution architecture and appropriate analytic approaches
- Demonstrated cross‑department collaboration skills, working effectively with: Data Engineering teams
- Platform and security teams
- Product, operations, and leadership stakeholders
- Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Role Description The Head of Strategic Business Development, Professional Services is a senior commercial leader responsible for growing Circana’s Professional Services revenue globally. The role focuses on originating and closing medium to large enterprise engagements—consulting, managed services, ongoing support, and solution development—either as stand-alone engagements or attached to Circana data and technology offerings. This role leads the Professional Services global sales team, with a primary mandate to build and convert new pipeline across North America and Europe, while pursuing selective expansion in Australia and other international markets. A Central or Eastern U.S. time zone presence is strongly preferred to support effective collaboration with executive leadership, global teams, and international clients. Building on Circana’s leadership in general merchandise, CPG, and retail, this role will extend the company’s differentiated capabilities into adjacent verticals, including pharmacy, healthcare, government, and financial services. The Head of Strategic Business Development will own global growth strategy, pipeline development, deal execution, and sales leadership, closing medium- to large-scale, complex enterprise engagements that are strategic, multi-stakeholder, and often multi-region in nature.
