• Design, implement, and maintain mobile test automation frameworks and test suites for iOS and Android platforms. • Perform hands-on manual testing including exploratory, regression, functional, and smoke testing of mobile applications. • Create and manage test cases, test plans, and defect reports in JIRA, linking test executions to requirements via Xray. • Develop and extend no-code / low-code automation scripts using visual and flow-based automation tools. • Write and maintain Java-based test code for integration, API, and custom automation needs. • Configure and maintain API mocking environments using WireMock to support isolated test execution. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide QA estimates, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. • Collaborate with developers to triage defects, reproduce issues, and validate fixes across build cycles. • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration to enable automated test execution on every build. • Document test strategies, frameworks, and processes to support team knowledge sharing.
• Implement end-to-end Playwright (TypeScript) test suites for assigned user journeys — committed, reviewed, and running clean in CI. • Expand Python/pytest API test coverage across assigned service domains — REST, GraphQL, and/or SOAP as applicable. • Integrate all new tests into existing Jenkins pipelines with correct tier tagging (smoke / sanity / functional). • Write and maintain WireMock stubs required to support new test scenarios. • Participate in PR reviews — apply and adhere to existing automation standards. • Document any new patterns or deviations introduced, for handoff to the permanent team. • Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) as a standard part of the development workflow to accelerate test scaffolding, fixture generation, assertion patterns, and WireMock stub authoring. • Apply AI-assisted code review to catch issues before PR submission and leverage AI for coverage gap analysis to prioritize based on risk. • Onboard independently, read existing code, match patterns, and deliver work to the definition of done within the sprint without needing step-by-step guidance. • Embed within an agile squad, participate in daily ceremonies, and raise blockers early (dependency on dev environments, test data, or stub availability).
• Lead endpoint security engineering functions across global environments, ensuring robust monitoring and protection capability. • Provide advanced Carbon Black support, leveraging API engineering to enhance, optimize, and automate security processes and workflows. • Drive Cortex XDR and XSIAM support, actively participating in policy review and delivering critical implementation support for the SOC during the XSIAM migration and rollout. • Investigate and resolve potential performance concerns and resource conflicts related to security agents across diverse operating systems. • Design and execute deployment strategies for security agents, ensuring seamless upgrades and maximum coverage across all corporate endpoints. • Understand actual infrastructure pain points and translate them into concrete security configurations, avoiding generic or excessively broad policy approaches. • Keep security documentation and playbooks updated and organized, providing real visibility into rule configurations, exceptions, and agent health status. • Collaborate with core infrastructure teams, SOC, and IT support to define the right approach for agent rollouts, incident investigation, and policy tuning.

Role Description The Anaplan Model Builder will be responsible for partnering with Business Leads to design, develop, test, and implement robust Anaplan solutions, with a specialized focus on Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) modules. This is a mid-to-senior level role where you will lead Anaplan projects by translating complex, Excel or Word-based sales commission plans into scalable models, ensuring accurate component calculations and intuitive dashboards. You will work closely with our current Lead Model Builder to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer, collaborating effectively to support the North American region and mitigate risks as the team evolves. This is a contractor position with high potential to transition into a permanent hire. Remote MST Hours (Arizona Time) is required. Responsibilities of the Role - Partner with Business Leads to design, develop, test, and implement specialized Anaplan ICM solutions. - Lead Anaplan projects by collaborating with business teams to develop user stories and convert them into achievable agile sprints. - Document overall Anaplan builds, architecture diagrams, and system processes. - Understand and convert complex Excel or Word-based commission plans into the Anaplan ICM model where component calculations occur and dashboards display information. - Perform root cause analyses on system behavior, identify bottlenecks, and propose technical solutions. - Train new users on the system, creating enablement materials and documenting processes. - Work closely and partner with the current Lead Model Builder and other team members to ensure alignment and complete system support. - Drive data integrity and model optimization within the Anaplan environment to ensure proper support for the NA instance. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is required. - 4+ years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience. - At least 3 years of experience in Sales Incentive Compensation Planning, Sales Territory & Quota Planning, or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). - At least 1-3 years of Anaplan implementation experience OR a minimum of 2 completed Anaplan projects. - Anaplan Certification completed (Level 2 or higher). - Deep technical comfort and mastery using LOOKUP, SUM, SELECT, COLLECT, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Revision control. - A self-starter mindset who demonstrates creativity, has a customer-focused approach, and a strong drive to develop business acumen. Nice to Have - Advanced Anaplan Certifications (e.g., Certified Model Builder or Master Anaplanner status). - Experience with automated data integration tools (e.g., Anaplan Connect, MuleSoft, or Informatica). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint delivery.
