E-commerce Designer

Hunt St

• Design product listing imagery that communicates key selling points and drives conversion • Create A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content layouts and visuals • Design Amazon Brand Stories and Brand Storefronts • Produce lifestyle and infographic-style imagery for product listings • Ensure all Amazon creative meets platform specifications and best practice guidelines • Interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently across multiple client brands • Make visual recommendations that support listing performance goals Internal Brand & Business Creative • Create branded presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing documents • Design occasional point-of-sale materials, flyers, and marketing collateral • Support web design tasks as needed • Maintain and apply company’s brand guidelines across all internal assets Image Editing & Asset Management • Perform light product image editing including cropping, resizing, and background removal • Organise and manage design files and brand asset libraries • Ensure consistency of visual assets across all deliverables Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with the internal team to understand briefs and deliver to deadlines • Over time, communicate directly with clients on artwork changes and feedback • Proactively raise questions, flag issues, and suggest improvements • Prioritise and manage your own workload across multiple brands and projects

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio of e-commerce creative
  • Demonstrated experience creating visual content that supports performance and conversion goals
  • Proficiency in Canva for design creation and asset management
  • Experience working with AI-powered design tools (or strong willingness to learn; training provided)
  • Proven ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously, adhering to different brand guidelines
  • Strong understanding of how to communicate product unique selling points through visual design
  • Strong and fluent English language proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and manage time across competing briefs
  • Comfortable speaking up in a remote environment when there are questions, blockers, or suggestions
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
  • Experience creating Amazon-specific content including listing images, A+ Content, and Storefronts
  • Familiarity with Amazon image requirements and best practices
  • Available to work 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time)
  • Desirable
  • Basic video or motion graphics capability for occasional short-form content
  • Experience working directly with Australian or international clients in a remote setting
