• Review doctor-patient messages across platforms to ensure: • Patient questions are clearly and fully answered • Responses are medically appropriate and aligned with internal protocols • Messaging is human, empathetic, and not overly reliant on canned responses • Identify inconsistencies in tone, clarity, or care quality • Ensure all communication aligns with: • Clinical guidelines • Company policies • Regulatory requirements • Flag any compliance risks or deviations • Provide structured feedback to providers and internal teams • Identify recurring issues or patterns in communication • Recommend improvements to templates, workflows, and messaging standard • Work closely with our CMO, clinical leadership, and patient care teams

• Able to seamlessly move between print and digital design, delivering high-quality, production-ready assets that meet both technical requirements and brand standards. • Strong print and POP experience, including designing brochures, flyers/inserts, welcome kits, packaging, and retail or kiosk materials, with a solid understanding of how these assets translate into physical environments. • Strong understanding of print production (bleed, dielines, color systems) with the ability to prepare production-ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate execution of materials, finishes, and colors in fast-paced environments. • Work independently to manage your own workflow, execute assigned tasks, and maintain high-quality output without requiring close supervision. • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design Leads, and other team members, effectively integrating feedback to improve deliverables. • Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices, refining techniques to continuously improve creative outcomes. • Use AI-powered tools and visualization techniques to quickly prototype and explore packaging directions • Develop visual presentations that help communicate product concepts to internal teams and stakeholders

• Designing high-converting landing pages tied to campaign goals, maintaining brand consistency across digital channels, and producing creative assets (banners, promo visuals, launch materials) that translate marketing strategy into visual narratives. • Conducting user research, analyzing competitors and performance data, and partnering with marketing/product teams to hypothesize and design A/B tests aligned with growth goals. • Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, designing polished interfaces that follow brand guidelines, and iterating based on data and feedback. • Planning and running usability tests, ensuring designs meet accessibility standards, and staying current on inclusive design practices. • Building and maintaining scalable design systems, producing style guides and UI specs, and delivering clean design handoffs to engineering. • Working closely with developers, PMs, marketers, and stakeholders, leading design discussions, and owning decisions end-to-end.
• Serve as the primary analytical resource for understanding what's working and what isn't across the business • Analyze product performance by LTV, refunds, and churn to identify which products drive value and which destroy it • Build and monitor retention curves segmented by cohort, acquisition channel, and product mix • Identify customer leakage points across the lifecycle and surface actionable findings • Evaluate acquisition channel quality based on downstream retention and churn behavior • Uncover untapped growth opportunities within the existing customer base • Own and maintain dashboards and run ad hoc analyses for the leadership team • Proactively surface insights and trends without waiting to be asked • Partner with the CRO manager on experimentation analysis • Drive alignment across teams on how to define and measure key metrics — ensuring everyone is working from the same source of truth • Collaborate with the marketing team on acquisition analytics • Support leadership on strategic questions and decisions
• Design emails across campaigns and lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, retention, winback, upsell) • Translate briefs into visually compelling, conversion-aware designs • Maintain consistency across email while evolving the brand’s visual system in-channel • Build emails directly in platforms like Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar • Work within templates and modules, making updates as needed • Test emails across devices and inboxes to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and functionality • Assist in pre-send checks to ensure campaigns go out clean and on time • Partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager on campaign and journey execution • Collaborate with copywriters, growth, and brand teams to ensure alignment across messaging and visuals • Communicate clearly and proactively in a Slack-first, remote environment • Provide updates and updates within the Clickup workspace • Help maintain and evolve email templates, modules, and design systems • Support iteration by updating designs based on performance insights • Contribute to improving workflows for speed, organization, and consistency
• Build and optimize complex, state-machine-driven intake flows using React and Next.js to manage clinical eligibility and patient state. • Manage the scaling of our NestJS "majestic monolith" and help determine when and how to extract focused services as our domain models grow. • Ship strictly-typed TypeScript features across a Turborepo monorepo, ensuring high performance for our patient, doctor, and admin interfaces. • Design and maintain Postgres schemas and handle asynchronous job queuing (retries, idempotency) via pg-boss. • Connect and scale third-party integrations, including Stripe, Authorize.Net, Vouched, and __Customer.io__, to power clinical and business workflows. • Own deployments and infrastructure health within AWS, utilizing Datadog for observability and incident response. • Participate in (and lead) thoughtful code reviews to maintain high standards for readability, maintainability, and test coverage across the team. • Document architectural decisions and API contracts to ensure the team can scale and new members can onboard quickly. • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the patient onboarding funnel or backend services and implement optimizations to maintain a "snappy" user experience. • Ensure that all features are built with security best practices in mind, particularly regarding the handling of sensitive patient data.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and exploratory test sessions for web and mobile applications. • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing across all stages of the development lifecycle. • Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and severity assessments. • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deeply understand features and surface quality risks early. • Design, build, and maintain clean, reliable, and scalable automated tests for our web applications using WebdriverIO and TypeScript/JavaScript. • Implement the Page Object Model (POM) and create reusable components and utilities to keep our automation codebase DRY (Don’t Repeat Yourself). • Handle complex automation scenarios involving iFrames, multiple windows, and asynchronous operations; implement effective wait strategies to eliminate flakiness. • Develop and integrate API tests (using tools like Axios/node-fetch or Postman) within the WebdriverIO framework to ensure comprehensive end-to-end coverage. • Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI); analyze results, troubleshoot failures, and maintain quality gates for every release. • Contribute to test strategy decisions including tooling selection, coverage prioritization, and shift-left quality practices. • Define and track QA metrics (defect density, test coverage, automation rate) to communicate quality health to stakeholders. • Work closely with developers and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment; participate in sprint planning, story refinement, and retrospectives from a quality lens. • Conduct and participate in code reviews for automation code, advocating for testing best practices across the team. • Mentor junior QA team members, sharing knowledge on testing techniques, automation approaches, and quality mindset. • Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, documentation, and tooling to scale quality across a growing product surface.
