Job Description

Marketplace Ecommerce Project Manager

• Through the use of company and department practices and procedures, launch, manage and optimize Amazon International and other marketplace product listings (content, SEO, A+ content, storefronts) • Support inventory forecasting, replenishment, and logistics coordination • Conducts competitor analysis and identify market expansion opportunities • Primary focus on international Amazon marketplace launches (UK, EU, CA, etc.) and off Amazon opportunities (Tik Tok Shop, Walmart, Coupang, Target). • Ensures compliance with Marketplace policies and resolve operational issues quickly • Defines and execute e-commerce growth strategies aligned with company goals • Coordinates cross-functional projects with product, marketing, and operations teams • Monitors KPIs, sales trends, and campaign performance to inform decision-making • Identifies bottlenecks and implement process improvements across the e-commerce workflow • Partners with PPC Strategists to plan and optimize campaigns • Translates business goals into clear ad strategies and creative requirements • Tracks ad ROI, make data-driven recommendations, and guides ad spend allocation

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in e-commerce management, with proven Amazon & other marketplace expertise
  • Demonstrated success scaling Amazon sales, including international market entry
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising principles (Amazon PPC, Google, Facebook)
  • Excellent project management skills—able to prioritize, delegate, and execute independently
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (Excel, Seller Central reports, BI tools)
  • Clear, direct communication style with fluency in English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment where wearing multiple hats is essential.
  • Nice To Have:**
  • Experience expanding brands internationally from US Amazon to other country instances of Amazon. Advertising experience.
  • Programming or developer interest or knowledge (API connection, looker reports etc)
