Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting & HR Specialist to support our hiring efforts in the motorcycle industry. Reporting to the HR Manager, this part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding great talent while keeping the hiring process organized and efficient. - Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates - Post and manage job listings, and track applicants in Microsoft Dynamics ATS - Partner with the HR Manager to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies - Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and communications Qualifications - Prior experience in recruiting or HR (powersports industry experience is a plus) - Clear understanding of the confidential nature of the hiring process - Familiarity with resume screening tools and best practices and state and local hiring laws - Ability to work remotely, approximately 10-20 hours per week, depending on recruiting needs Requirements - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ATS - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with strong Excel skills - Keep candidate records, workflows, and communications organized and up to date - Able to manage workflow independently - Clear communication and attention to detail - Ability to evaluate resumes and match candidates to roles Benefits - Pay range $30-$35 per hour, depending on skills and experience
Role Description Helmet House is searching for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The Retail Visual Designer is responsible for designing and working with our Store Development Team to create visual displays for our “Shop-in-Shop” concepts that enhance the shopping experience within our Dealers and ensure correct implementation. This role transforms retail Motorcycle Dealership environments into engaging customer experiences through strategic use of proven visual merchandising principles. Key Responsibilities - Visual Strategy Development - Research trends and develop comprehensive visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity and target customer preferences. - Create seasonal visual concepts that promote new products and promotional campaigns. - Apply consumer psychology and buying behavior principles to maximize sales performance. - Design Execution - Design and implement new Dealer interior layouts, floor plans, signage, and special promotional displays. - Create 2D/3D concept renderings, façade designs, fixture designs, and store floorplans. - Develop visual mockups and comprehensive visual platforms for design review discussions. - Develop designs that are easily scalable across multiple store footprints. - Technical Documentation - Prepare 2-D and 3-D technical packages using traditional software packages such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign. - Create merchandising guidelines, training materials, and blank store templates for field communication. - Maintain organized archives of visual merchandising assets including store photos, directives, and graphic files. - Collaboration & Monitoring - Work with store development, marketing, and sales departments, along with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders/dealers. - Monitor sales results linked to visual setups and implement performance optimizations. - Provide high-quality photography of store buildouts and major floor sets. - Train HH district managers and dealer store staff to maintain visual standards and brand guidelines. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, graphic design, visual communications, retail management, or related field. - Experience: Recent undergraduates are encouraged to apply, but with a minimum of 1 or 2 internships in visual merchandising, retail design, or equivalent. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Experience with 3D rendering tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Revit). - Strong rendering and drafting abilities for construction/fabrication documentation. - Portfolio demonstrating visual merchandising and retail design projects required. - Core Competencies: - Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, spatial design, and visual composition. - Knowledge of current display trends and customer buying psychology. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overnights if occasionally required. Requirements - This will be a remote job opportunity outside of California. - Applicant must have a home office with strong internet access and be available during normal PST working hours. - Travel ~20% of the time to dealer locations.
