• Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for new products, product extensions, and feature launches. • Translate product and business strategy into clear marketing plans, messaging frameworks, and launch timelines. • Partner with the SVP of Marketing to define positioning, messaging, and launch narratives. • Own cross-functional launch planning and coordination across marketing, product, operations, and patient services. • Manage launch timelines and ensure marketing deliverables stay aligned with overall product and operational readiness. • Coordinate deliverables across marketing teams including creative, brand, copy, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing. • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer insights to inform product positioning and growth opportunities. • Identify market opportunities and help translate insights into actionable product or messaging recommendations. • Track launch performance and conduct post-launch analysis, identifying opportunities to optimize messaging, positioning, or growth strategy. • Support the evaluation of new product ideas or business opportunities by grounding concepts in market research, data, and customer insights. • Participate in founder and leadership discussions related to new initiatives and ensure key strategic decisions are translated into actionable plans.
Job Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or growth marketing
- Experience launching physical consumer products (ecommerce, supplements, skincare, wellness, or consumer health strongly preferred)
- Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
- Strong cross-functional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to translate complex product ideas into clear messaging and positioning
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with market research and performance analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of leadership
- Ability to manage multiple launches and priorities simultaneously
- Strategic thinker who can connect product, brand, and growth
