• Identify and source creators aligned with the brand's identity and audience • Conduct outbound outreach for gifted, affiliate, and paid partnerships • Build and maintain a strong, organized creator pipeline • Manage day-to-day communication with creators • Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals • Ensure content is delivered on time and meets expectations • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators • Support gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style programs • Track creator participation, content delivery, and usage rights • Maintain creator databases, trackers, and campaign documentation • Track basic performance metrics such as engagement and content usage • Share summaries and learnings with the Brand team • Help identify creators to deepen, scale, or pause partnerships • Partner closely with Brand, Social, and Growth teams • Support launches and campaigns by aligning creator timelines with broader plans
• Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo across promotional, transactional, and lifecycle sends. • Own and maintain the master email/SMS calendar, ensuring all campaigns are briefed, built, and scheduled on time. • Manage the team's Notion board for email campaigns — create briefs, track status, and keep all assets organized. • Serve as the eCommerce escalation point for complex customer issues raised by the support team. • Execute day-to-day Shopify tasks: create and manage discount codes, update product listings, and configure collections. • Coordinate cross-functional eCommerce campaigns end-to-end — aligning copy, design, dev, and marketing stakeholders.

Role Description We’re looking for a Staff Accountant with 4+ years of accounting experience to join our client, a fast-growing food subscription brand based in the US. As a member of the finance team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow the company and business. You will be a key player of a small team of high performing finance professionals that work across departments to provide financial support to senior management and department heads to facilitate decision making. The Staff Accountant will assist by performing daily, weekly, monthly and annual accounting and finance processes, entries and reconciliations as well as ad-hoc financial analyses and projects.
