Regional Sales Manager

CELSIUS

• Execute the CELSIUS® On-Premise strategy in assigned geography • Lead Team on expansion of account base and On-Premise activations • Utilize CRM to track field execution, opportunities, and performance metrics • Work hand in hand with our distributor partners via route rides, blitzes, and key account meetings • Communicate ongoing sales, marketing, and execution opportunities • Support the Sr. Director On-Premise with field initiatives and market feedback • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs and participate in performance planning calls

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in consumer goods sales, beverage industry, or distributor sales preferably with knowledge of both DSD and Broad Line distribution
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Strong analytic and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience leading small teams of sales personnel, setting the selling agenda, providing guidance, feedback and overall development of sales team
  • Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Must be 21+ with a valid U.S. Driver’s License and clear MVR screening
