D365 BC Pre-Sales Solution Architect

• Understanding industry-standard business practices supported by Dynamics. • Maintaining a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, supported by appropriate certifications. • Gaining a deep understanding of our business, technology, products, and market approaches. • Leading the solutioning of leads and opportunities alongside Business Applications sellers. • Preparing and delivering tailored demonstrations to clients both online and in person. • Responding to RFP/RFI documents and preparing estimates and sales collateral. • Participating in marketing activities to support the sales and marketing team. • Engaging with Microsoft and the wider D365 Community as part of the Infinity Group team. • Aligning with the delivery team to ensure clear handovers for successful implementations.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience with D365 BC/NAV, covering finance, supply chain, projects, manufacturing, and service management.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand various business types and challenges, and articulate how D365 can address these needs.
  • Technical Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC or NAV and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain key technology concepts to non-technical business users.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, both in person and online, with the ability to articulate and convey information clearly.
  • Pressure Management: Confidence in handling pressurized situations with strict deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ability to provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Description This role offers the opportunity to lead the architecture and integration of complex, large-scale systems across multiple platforms and operational workflows.
