• Collaborate with Account Executives to lead comprehensive discovery sessions, ensuring Optimal's platform features are directly aligned with the business objectives and strategic initiatives of prospects and customers • Develop and deliver impactful, relevant product demonstrations and training • Support the customer lifecycle by creating necessary collateral, content, and training materials • Enable customer onboarding, training, and enablement to drive usage and adoption in target accounts • Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts by exhibiting strong commercial acumen and collaborating with the regional Sales Team to propose and close deals • Develop and maintain deep expertise in our platform and research methodologies through continuous, practical application and training • Serve as the crucial link between the market and the Product team: coach the regional sales team on product knowledge, and contribute the "voice of the market" feedback to influence the product roadmap for enterprise growth

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions consulting, customer success, or training in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of growing customer accounts and contributing to company sales targets
  • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and best practices, including usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and user interviews
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for customers
  • Strong presentation, training, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex research concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate solutions and value propositions to senior executives
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
