Role Description WestCX is hiring a hunter-minded Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new ARR across large, complex health systems and IDNs. This role is built for seasoned enterprise sellers who can open doors, create executive urgency, and close strategic healthcare deals—entirely from an inside motion. You’ll own full-cycle enterprise sales in some of the most regulated, operationally complex environments in healthcare. - Hunt and close net-new enterprise logos within assigned health system territories. - Penetrate complex health systems using outbound, inbound, and partner-led motions. - Run long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across clinical, IT, operations, revenue cycle, and C-suite leaders. - Lead value-based discovery and build executive-level business cases and ROI. - Navigate enterprise procurement, security, legal, and compliance reviews. - Build and manage a multi-quarter enterprise pipeline aligned to quota. - Forecast accurately and maintain strong deal hygiene in Salesforce. Qualifications - 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience. - Proven success closing net-new enterprise business with long sales cycles. - Experience selling into health systems or highly regulated industries. - Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills. - Disciplined forecasting and CRM fluency. - Healthcare SaaS experience with EHR or enterprise integrations. - Familiarity with patient engagement, communications, or revenue cycle solutions. - Experience navigating IDN or large health system procurement models.
