Salesforce Engineer, Developer
Center for Social Dynamics
• Lead the end-to-end management of operational technology projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and client service teams, to define project deliverables and milestones • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions to optimize client interactions • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks • Monitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices • Learn and operate platforms based on the needs of both existing and newly developed technology • Provide technical understanding, training, and support to operations teams • Provide ongoing technical support for current and newly created platforms • Support Salesforce development as well as mobile and web-based application development
Job Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce development and platform management
- Familiarity with mobile and/or web application development
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Understanding of AI-driven processes and client service platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
