Salesforce Developer

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex epics and major enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem. • Act as technical SME for the area owned by your team; own and continuously improve the codebase. • Design scalable, resilient solutions and produce supporting documentation aligned with engineering best practices. • Mentor and guide junior team members; raise the technical capability of the team. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Stakeholders in build design sessions. • Participate in technical analysis, impact assessments, and risk evaluations across interconnected systems. • Ensure code quality through code reviews, automation, CI/CD, and adherence to standards. • Drive system stability and maintainability through proactive monitoring and refactoring. • Conduct cross-functional presentations to share solutions, ideas, and innovations. • Troubleshoot advanced production issues and lead root cause investigations. • Represent your technical domain in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
  • 5-8 years of development experience using APEX/LWC/Flows/Visualforce etc.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and administration.
  • Experience delivering features for enterprise-scale applications in a structured, Agile environment.
  • Solid grasp of impact analysis, technical risk management, and system integration.
  • Self-driven with a proven ability to deliver results independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
  • Strong focus on code quality, security, and testing standards.
  • Desirable**
  • Familiary or hands on experience in implementing Salesforce AI Capabilities - e.g. Einstein, AgentForce, etc.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), Bamboo, and Git-based workflows.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GIT based Source Control, and DevOps practices.
