• Collaborate with Riveron team members to develop effective OneStream solutions • Lead client specific monthly Administrative and Managed Service needs including but not limited to daily Helpdesk support, Application Performance Monitoring, Month End Close and Consolidation Tasks, Budget/Forecast Tasks, Enhanced/New Report development, and Client Training and Documentation. • Work directly with Riveron team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific OneStream functionality • Assist with workshops to define implementation strategy • Lead/assist with implementation team(s) in executing implementation • Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements • Lead/assist with other engagement quality assurance efforts to deliver a superior implementation • Define integration requirements and collaborate with integration teams to interface other outside applications with OneStream
• Design, configure, and implement Ironclad CLM solutions based on business requirements. • Build and customize workflows, approvals, templates, forms, and playbooks within Ironclad. • Develop integrations between Ironclad and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, Slack, SAP, or other third-party systems using APIs. • Develop custom scripts, webhooks, and automation to enhance platform functionality. • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions. • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing implementations. • Perform unit testing, deployment, and post-production support. • Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices are followed. • Maintain technical documentation and support release management activities.

• Lead requirements gathering activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises. • Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation. • Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, data requirements, and process dependencies. • Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, data mappings, and solution documentation. • Manage and prioritize product backlogs in partnership with Product Owners and business stakeholders. • Facilitate requirements reviews and solution design sessions with business users, architects, administrators, and development teams. • Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes including lead management, opportunity management, quoting, pricing, approvals, contracts, billing, and renewals. • Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, Salesforce best practices, and enterprise standards. • Develop test strategies, test scenarios, and business validation plans to ensure requirements are fully met. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, regression testing, and release validation activities. • Validate Salesforce configurations, CPQ pricing logic, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and business processes. • Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from discovery through deployment. • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication, decision-making, and issue resolution. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. • Support change management, user training, documentation, and adoption initiatives to ensure successful business outcomes.
