Senior Program Manager, Tech
Greenhouse Software
• Provide leadership supporting transition and execution readiness following contract award. • Support development of integrated program governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks. • Provide guidance for agile delivery, sprint execution, and cross-functional team integration. • Support the development of project schedules, risk management plans, and operational delivery models. • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC), CDC governance requirements, and NIST/NICE workforce standards. • Support coordination across multidisciplinary teams, including developers, architects, cybersecurity engineers, and data scientists.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience managing large federal IT or informatics programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting CDC, NIOSH, or other HHS agency IT modernization initiatives.
- Experience managing multi-application IT portfolios, data initiatives, or shared services implementations.
- Experience supporting federal IT governance frameworks, including EPLC, NIST, and FISMA compliance.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams supporting application development, data management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting capture and proposal development efforts.
- Proven experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Experience supporting IT modernization, cloud transformation, or enterprise application portfolio management initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- Limited travel expected to CDC locations as required for capture activities, customer engagement, or program transition support.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
