• We are looking for a highly experienced Linux Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in traditional Linux administration, bare metal infrastructure, and enterprise storage. • This role is not focused on DevOps or cloud-native engineering. We already have a strong DevOps team and are looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience designing, building, administering, and troubleshooting large-scale Linux infrastructure.
• Owns the full visual and audio-visual identity of Uvation across digital, print, and video formats. • Responsible for the entire creative process from defining requirements to designing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and UI assets. • Producing and editing video and audio content for marketing, product, and internal communications. • Shape how Uvation looks, feels, and sounds across every touchpoint websites, social media, presentations, campaigns, and video content. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring brand vision to life. • Plan, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, social media, and internal communications. • Produce motion graphics, animated explainer videos, and branded video templates aligned with brand guidelines. • Record, edit, and mix audio for video content, voiceovers, and presentations — ensuring clean, professional sound quality. • Manage end-to-end AV production workflow scripting/storyboarding, filming/screen capture, editing, colour grading, and final export. • Create and maintain a library of reusable video and motion templates for recurring marketing and internal content needs. • Collaborate with marketing on video strategy for product launches, event coverage, and social-first content.

Role Description As a Certified Public Accountant - Senior at Uvation, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring compliance, and driving transparency across our operations. You'll be responsible for core financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Collaborating across Uvation Entities, you'll help support Uvation's rapid growth and operational excellence. - Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, or other applicable standards. - Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. - Support and coordinate internal and external audits; serve as point of contact for auditors and ensure timely and accurate submissions. - Manage tax compliance activities including federal, state, and local filings; support preparation of necessary documentation for tax filings. - Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. - Identify financial risks and inefficiencies; recommend cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. - Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls and accounting policies. - Collaborate with FP&A, operations, legal, and leadership to provide financial insight and support business initiatives. - Handle multi-entity and multi-currency transactions (as applicable). - Mentor and review the work of junior accounting staff and ensure best practices are followed. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - CPA certification is highly preferred. - 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 8 years in a senior or supervisory capacity. - In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Requirements - Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g. MS Dynamics & Netsuite) strong MS Excel skills required. - Familiarity with tools for budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and audit support. - Comfortable working with international and multi-currency accounting processes. - Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
