• Lead mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations and launches • Empower customers to complete implementation successfully by ensuring they are tracking against optimal timelines and achieving time to first value • Drive the value of Greenhouse through implementation, helping customers navigate and overcome roadblocks • Provide support and mentorship by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices • Own implementation tasks such as system design, product training, configuration, and organizational roll out strategies • Advocate for client needs and product requests to internal teams • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers post-implementation • Become a subject matter expert on all Greenhouse products • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

• Research and evaluate new market opportunities, identifying customer needs and aligning them with Eleos Health solutions. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified business opportunities. • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to penetrate new markets. • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. • Travel within your territory for on-site meetings, conferences, and events to build strong client relationships. • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demoing to contract negotiation and closing. • Leverage data and market trends to refine messaging and sales approach. • Work closely with Sales Engineering to ensure technical validation during the sales process. • Partner with internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless execution of deals and optimal client satisfaction. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across prospective and existing accounts. • Share customer insights and market feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and improve product positioning. • Work alongside Customer Success and Account Management to identify upsell and expansion opportunities. • Participate in webinars, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence. • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, positioning Eleos Health as the leader in behavioral healthcare technology. • Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual). • Maintain up-to-date, detailed account records in Salesforce to track pipeline progression and deal status. • Meet and exceed revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management and sales execution. • Continuously refine sales processes and strategies to improve conversion rates. • Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate Eleos Health in the market. • Identify and address any obstacles that may arise during the sales process to keep deals on track. • Regularly review performance metrics and adjust tactics to drive continuous improvement.

• Advise on corporate governance and securities matters, including supporting Board and committee meeting preparation, corporate resolutions, and compliance with applicable corporate policies and bylaws. • Counsel the Total Rewards and Finance teams on employee equity matters, including administration of our equity compensation programs. • Monitor and advise on AI legal and regulatory developments, including the EU AI Act and emerging U.S. state frameworks as they apply to Greenhouse's internal operations and, where relevant, our products. • Build and maintain a corporate compliance program, including creating and maintaining policies, playbooks, and training materials that scale with the business. • Support M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and other strategic corporate development activities, including due diligence, negotiation, and post-closing integration. • Partner with colleagues across the Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders on broader corporate and compliance matters, taking independent ownership of complex workstreams without heavy oversight.

• Build, maintain, and modernize the data infrastructure that Medium's product and engineering teams depend on • Own reliability of data infrastructure: Identify risks, instrument better observability, drive improvements that reduce toil • Bring a product mindset to platform ownership, partnering with engineers and stakeholders across teams • Contribute to the long-term platform roadmap, migrate end-of-life systems toward modern alternatives • Write and review Python-based tooling for pipeline orchestration, data quality, and infrastructure automation • Apply DevOps and SRE best practices • Mentor teammates and improve shared standards around reliability, documentation, and platform ergonomics • Attend Medium's twice-yearly, in-person offsites

• Conduct custom analysis of POS and retail sales data for manufacturer clients, delivering insights that support strategic decisions around pricing, assortment, and market share • Partner directly with clients to scope analytical requests—ask sharp questions, define the right approach, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Translate client business problems into research frameworks and produce polished, executive-ready deliverables including deep-dive reports and PowerPoint presentations for merchant meetings, QBRs, and product line reviews • Write and refine SQL queries and Python scripts against our ClickHouse data warehouse to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale retail datasets • Help design the frameworks, templates, and operational processes the research team will use as we scale • Partner cross-functionally with marketing to provide data-backed insights for content creation and thought leadership • Serve as a primary power user of Bolt—testing its capabilities against real client needs and pushing it to automate an increasing share of recurring analytical workflows • Provide structured, actionable feedback to the Bolt development team based on day-to-day client work, helping prioritize features and surface gaps in platform coverage • Apply your analytical expertise to develop reusable patterns, templates, and evaluation cases that improve Bolt's accuracy and coverage • Help evaluate Bolt's analytical outputs for accuracy and relevance, contributing to quality benchmarks grounded in real-world use cases
