• Lead and manage 3PL implementation projects across LATAM. • Owning project governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. • Develop and maintain integrated project plans. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business representatives throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Coordinate governance meetings and technical workshops with 3PL/4PL partners. • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks. • Support deployment activities and facilitate successful cutover.

• Responsible for administration, support, and continuous improvement of the organization's iGrafx BPM system and TIM Solutions automation module covering process modelling repository, automation, and all interfaces. • Acts as technical/functional expert for process modeling, workflow automation, system integration, and lifecycle management, working with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors. • Own iGrafx BPM + TIM Solutions platform (dev/UAT/prod environments) • Manage repository/automation lifecycle (3-4 major releases/yr; yearly TIM upgrades) • Maintain interfaces (REST/ETL, IBM API, ORDS), SSO/Azure AD, API keys • Manage user groups, roles, permissions, access, and IDS-based account sync • Troubleshoot issues, lead upgrades/patches, maintain knowledge base. • Handle incidents, change/access requests; liaise with vendor support • Maintain user guides, training materials, KPI dashboards, master data • Assess new process automation requests: requirements analysis, solution design, budget/timeline estimation, scope agreement, business case/governance support • Support process documentation/modeling per BPM standards • Run mapping workshops and improvement initiatives • Maintain process repository & documentation • Design/configure automated workflows (rules, approvals, notifications, routing) • Build/maintain JavaScript forms for TIM customization • Identify automation opportunities • Support API integrations, data exchange, auth services, reporting tools with enterprise architects/dev teams • Ensure policy/audit/regulatory compliance; maintain documentation. • Act as liaison between business, IT, and vendors. • Build dashboards/reports; track KPIs (efficiency, adoption, system health); produce monthly license/usage reports.

• Assess current-state data catalog, metadata management, and data governance capabilities. • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops with business and technical teams. • Identify critical data assets, metadata requirements, stewardship needs, and ownership gaps. • Analyze customer data creation, maintenance, and consumption processes. • Document key data flows, systems, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Gather and prioritize business requirements for data catalog and governance initiatives. • Develop and recommend a practical enterprise data catalog strategy. • Define priority data catalog use cases and adoption roadmap. • Establish metadata management standards, taxonomy, classification, and onboarding criteria. • Support implementation of metadata management best practices. • Drive adoption of data catalog capabilities across business and technical communities. • Support the establishment and operationalization of enterprise data governance. • Define data domains, ownership structures, stewardship models, and accountability mechanisms. • Define roles and responsibilities for Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Custodians, Business Users, Technical Teams. • Govern and standardize key customer concepts including: Customer Lifecycle, Customer Journey, Customer Experience, Customer Interactions, Customer Value. • Ensure alignment with CRM and MDM initiatives. • Support data quality improvement initiatives. • Prepare governance documentation, assessments, evidence, and recommendations. • Identify data quality issues and recommend remediation approaches. • Support regulatory and organizational compliance requirements. • Support the design and delivery of the organization's Data Literacy Program. • Promote data culture and adoption of governance practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (DT domain leads, DT experts and Laboratory Leads) to ensure application design and implementation plans are properly built and delivered on time. • Translate technical plans, designs, and specifications into clear, impactful language for users and management to support strategic decisions. • Review and challenge vendor proposals, designs, and implementation approaches • Facilitate the GxP compliant deployment of the solution • Oversee incoming and outgoing project documentation from a functional/technical point of view. • Understand the system and the relationships between sub-projects. Ensure coherence between LIMS, laboratory instruments, SAP/MES, reporting, and infrastructure components • Participate in the definition and implementation of testing approaches

• Analyze business processes, data models, and reporting requirements • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in reporting • Support UAT cycles and resolve identified issues • Publish and maintain reports in production environments • Design and implement data models (Data Vault and Dimensional modeling) • Develop data pipelines using SQL and PySpark • Build and maintain data solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse • Implement data quality validation and monitoring processes • Optimize performance of queries and data pipelines • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards • Document data flows, architecture, and engineering processes • Work with data lakes, lakehouse architectures, and big data platforms • Support ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline orchestration • Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize workflows • Ensure scalable and efficient data processing solutions • Support the Data Unit Manager with progress tracking and reporting • Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and tools • Build partnerships across global teams and regions

• Oversee AI platforms across development, testing, and production environments • Implement best practices for AI lifecycle management (MLOps) including deployment, monitoring, and retirement • Review AI applications for compliance with organizational policies and ethical AI principles • Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies for AI/ML systems • Establish and maintain data lineage tracking for AI models • Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Purview DSPM and Azure tools • Monitor and optimize Azure security services (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault)

• Lead the architecture and design of Kinaxis Maestro solutions for complex supply chain planning programs • Define system architecture across: Demand planning, Supply planning, Inventory planning, S&OP applications • Provide technical leadership to project teams , including Solution Consultants and Integration Consultants • Collaborate with delivery leads, business stakeholders, and client executives • Support solution design decisions and act as the final technical authority during implementation • Contribute to the growth of our client Kinaxis capability , mentoring consultants and helping build the practice

• Design and implement data integrations between Kinaxis and source systems. • Act as a SME on Kinaxis platform's data model for designing various planning use cases, leading customer sessions and making best practices recommendation. • Review and analyse data from various customers understanding its technical and functional intent and interdependencies. • Design and automate the data loading and insights generation process • Ensure data harmonisation and quality between source systems and Kinaxis • Support the implementation of middleware and integration layers • Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants • Participate in client workshops and technical discussions • Troubleshoot data and integration issues during project delivery
