• Collaborate with stakeholders (DT domain leads, DT experts and Laboratory Leads) to ensure application design and implementation plans are properly built and delivered on time. • Translate technical plans, designs, and specifications into clear, impactful language for users and management to support strategic decisions. • Review and challenge vendor proposals, designs, and implementation approaches • Facilitate the GxP compliant deployment of the solution • Oversee incoming and outgoing project documentation from a functional/technical point of view. • Understand the system and the relationships between sub-projects. • Oversee AI platforms across development, testing, and production environments • Implement best practices for AI lifecycle management (MLOps) including deployment, monitoring, and retirement • Review AI applications for compliance with organizational policies and ethical AI principles • Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies for AI/ML systems • Establish and maintain data lineage tracking for AI models • Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Purview DSPM and Azure tools • Monitor and optimize Azure security services (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault)

• Lead the architecture and design of Kinaxis Maestro solutions for complex supply chain planning programs • Define system architecture across: Demand planning, Supply planning, Inventory planning, S&OP applications • Provide technical leadership to project teams , including Solution Consultants and Integration Consultants • Collaborate with delivery leads, business stakeholders, and client executives • Support solution design decisions and act as the final technical authority during implementation • Contribute to the growth of our client Kinaxis capability , mentoring consultants and helping build the practice

• Design and implement data integrations between Kinaxis and source systems. • Act as a SME on Kinaxis platform's data model for designing various planning use cases, leading customer sessions and making best practices recommendation. • Review and analyse data from various customers understanding its technical and functional intent and interdependencies. • Design and automate the data loading and insights generation process • Ensure data harmonisation and quality between source systems and Kinaxis • Support the implementation of middleware and integration layers • Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants • Participate in client workshops and technical discussions • Troubleshoot data and integration issues during project delivery

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript • Integrate APIs with REST/GraphQL • Collaborate with backend teams for AI and application integration • Utilize UI/UX principles for responsive design • Engage in AI and backend exposure projects • Participate in prompt engineering initiatives

• Own and maintain prompt engineering strategies, including prompt versioning, testing, and optimization • Design AI workflows that combine models, prompts, tools, enterprise data, and business logic • Implement AI orchestration layers to manage multi-step reasoning, decisioning, and actions • Ensure AI systems integrate cleanly into business workflows, APIs, and user interfaces • Apply guardrails to ensure safe, explainable, and compliant AI behavior • Support in building and maintaining production-grade deployment pipelines for AI solutions • Ensure reliability, scalability, cost control, and latency optimization • Implement monitoring and observability for AI systems (usage, performance, drift, failures) • Define and enforce change control, versioning, rollback, and release management processes • Collaborate closely with data scientists, actuaries and other business functions • Validate model behavior, outputs, and assumptions from a production and business-use perspective

• Act as the Business Solution Manager responsible for Logistics W&D own warehouse in close collaboration with the GPO (Global Process Owners), Business Champions, Functional IT Experts and the LDC Adopt counterpart. • Responsible to elaborate deliverables as per the project plan during conceptual design, build and adopt phase. Below is a list of such deliverables (not exhaustive) - Ensure a proper design of the solution to set up and integrate Novartis’ own warehouses in the upcoming LDC releases. • Establish or update business standard operating procedures. • Review and adopt, if necessary, the training material and working instructions • Execute business screening of IT solutions and testing of solution(s) • Support and contribute to data migration in Logistics W&D own warehouse area. • Align and agree on integration of relevant processes and their respective system solution(s) within Logistics W&D e.g. in the area commercial operations, Intercompany Order Management and Direct Procurement • Ensures that user requirements and functional specifications are consistent with global / local processes. • Contribute to master data preparation for Screening, Testing and cut over. • Supports the adopt team to ensure proper go live of the upcoming releases. • Secure business reporting requirements in Logistics W&D together with the Reporting and Analytics team • Verifying the existing core model for own warehouse based on SAP EWM together with the Global business process owner for Logistics at Novartis and preparing proposal for areas for improvement. • Follow up on cross-functional topics e.g., staging with manufacturing and proposing together a solution design that is aligned with the global process owners. • Taking over project tasks in conceptual design, build, UAT testing & training, cutover & hyper care phase according to need within the team
