Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Enablement, you will combine strong systems thinking, data engineering fundamentals, and process optimization expertise to drive measurable revenue impact and operational efficiency. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, data, and go-to-market strategy — and you're energized by building scalable systems that help revenue teams move faster and smarter — this role is for you. What You Will Do - Architect, administer, and continuously optimize our revenue technology stack, including platforms across sales engagement, marketing automation, data enrichment, conversation intelligence, and partner management to ensure seamless processes and accurate reporting. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, balancing speed, flexibility, and long-term maintainability across the revenue organization. - Evaluate, select, and lead the technical implementation of emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools, to improve productivity, personalization, and decision-making across go-to-market functions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and process specifications. - Uphold data governance processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across all revenue systems. - Define and advance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing efficiency and effectiveness, delivering insights that inform strategic decision-making. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Enablement to diagnose process inefficiencies and implement data-driven, system-oriented solutions. - Stay current on trends in RevOps technology, automation, data infrastructure, and AI applications in go-to-market functions. Qualifications - 5–7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similarly technical go-to-market operations role. - Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), including data models, automation, validation logic, and system configuration. - Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in reporting, data analysis, and translating data into actionable business insights. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering quality outcomes under competing priorities. - Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator, with demonstrated experience working across Sales, Marketing, and other GTM stakeholders. - Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in real time. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review. - Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves. - Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches. - Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology. - Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Salesforce, LeanData, Default, Clay, Qualified, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, Impartner, ZoomInfo. - Familiarity with sales methodologies and/or B2B marketing strategies. - Experience with marketing automation platforms and/or customer success tools. - Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools. - Experience with CPQ systems or configure-price-quote workflows. - Prior experience in a SaaS or technology company environment. What Success Looks Like - 30 days: You understand our tools, product, and people. - Within 90 days: You work independently on meaningful tasks. - Within 6 months: You contribute ideas, improvements, and measurable impact. Benefits - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and mental-health coverage. - Retirement savings with employer contributions. - Parental leave top-up. - Annual wellness allowance. - Generous paid time off including vacation and sick time. - Social events, team activities, and opportunities to build community. - Opportunities to participate in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. - Quarterly Town Halls and Kickoffs that bring teams together to celebrate wins, share updates, and look ahead at what’s next. Compensation The total target compensation for this role is $108,000 CAD to $135,000 CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws in Canada and the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity. Accessibility & AI Transparency Prophix promotes an accessible hiring process. If you need accommodation at any stage, we’ll work with you. Some interviews may be recorded so our hiring team can review and assess responses fairly and consistently. As part of our commitment to Responsible AI, we use a small number of AI-supported tools to help with tasks like resume review, shortlisting, or creating interview summaries. AI is never used as the sole basis for hiring decisions, and your personal data is never used to train AI models.
