As a Business Analyst, you will: - Be equipped with tools and knowledge to become an expert in intelligent automation, particularly in the mortgage industry. - Translate business requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients into intelligent automation solutions. - Manage all client communication, gather requirements, and handle client requests as the first point of contact for assigned clients. - Facilitate agile cycles for your client support team by prioritizing and planning the product backlog and coordinating scrum processes. - Write in-depth documentation as needed. - Become a mortgage subject matter expert to translate industry-specific concepts and terminology. - Provide important feedback to help improve the Silverwork product offering. - Mentor less experienced business analysts and improve your business analysis/product management skills. - Identify ways for the company to improve automation and enhance the product. The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000 and is based on experience and mortgage knowledge.
