Role Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Integration Developer with strong Workato expertise to join a growing team as a full-time remote resource based in the Philippines, supporting a leading client in Australia. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing integrations across multiple enterprise platforms, including CRM, ERP, Finance, HR, eCommerce, and internal business systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale transformation projects while collaborating with stakeholders based in Australia. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, deploy, and maintain integrations using Workato - Develop scalable automation workflows, recipes, connectors, and data pipelines - Integrate business systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HRIS, Finance, and eCommerce platforms - Build and consume REST / SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML integrations - Work closely with Australian stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize workflows, and monitor performance - Ensure data security, logging, governance, and compliance standards - Document technical solutions, architecture flows, and support processes - Provide best-practice guidance and mentor junior team members Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in integration development / middleware engineering - Strong hands-on experience with Workato - Proven experience integrating cloud and on-premise applications - Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, webhooks - Experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL - Understanding of authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, SSO, API Keys) - Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines - Strong communication skills with experience working with offshore / international stakeholders - Ability to work during overlapping Australia business hours Preferred Skills - Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo - Experience in retail, finance, supply chain, or enterprise sectors - Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud - Experience supporting Australian clients or distributed teams

The Core engineering team works closely across multiple functions at Redpanda and our work directly drives key business metrics through various SaaS and self-managed offerings.
