Senior Analyst Developer, Ergon

• Provide technical and functional support for the Ergon system and its integrations; • Diagnose and resolve low- and medium-complexity incidents; • Ensure SLA compliance and quality of service; • Analyze systemic errors and identify root causes (usage, data, configuration, or integration); • Execute functional tests and run simulations in the UAT environment; • Analyze integration flows between systems; • Interpret JSON and XML messages; • Validate REST and SOAP APIs using Postman and Swagger; • Analyze HTTP status codes and integration logs; • Perform SQL queries for data validation; • Support development and architecture teams in root cause analysis; • Assist in collecting technical evidence for N2/N3 analyses; • Provide technical support for critical systems; • Perform functional analysis of business rules; • Work with tools such as Postman or Swagger;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related IT fields (recognized by MEC);
- Basic experience with SQL queries;
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs;
- Experience with JSON and XML;
- Experience with ITIL processes (incidents, requests, problems, and SLAs);
- Experience with ERP systems and C;
- Experience with HR, Payroll, or Financial modules;
- Experience analyzing application and integration logs;
- Experience with UAT environments and functional testing;
- Previous experience working in government support environments;
