• Provide first-level support to users. • Diagnose and resolve access issues, usability problems, and basic functionality errors. • Provide guidance and basic training on how to use the portal. • Log detailed records of incidents and resolutions in the Help Desk/Service Desk tool. • Escalate tickets to higher support levels when necessary and ensure proper follow-up. • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating articles and FAQs.

• Resource focused on analysis and development, working as a Systems Analyst within the Strategic Data team. • Responsible for participating in projects and providing system support, from scenario analysis and requirements gathering to defining and performing the technical implementation. • Systems are focused on FP&A, Anti-Money Laundering and Market, Operational and Credit Risk areas for the financial sector, using Mainframe as the primary platform and lower-level platforms as auxiliary tools.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain REST APIs and services using .NET Core and .NET Framework; • Design scalable solutions applying Design Patterns, SOLID, DDD, and Clean Architecture; • Ensure code excellence through Clean Code practices, TDD, automated testing, and code reviews; • Work with containers (Docker/Kubernetes), messaging systems, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring application resilience; • Provide technical support to the team, participating in architectural decisions and agile processes (Scrum/Kanban); • Develop high-quality solutions with a focus on performance, stability, and continuous improvement.
