• Manage medium-complexity digital projects in partnership with clients, building strong relationships and loyalty while ensuring high-value deliveries aligned with our clients' expectations. • Identify and map opportunities, directing potential upselling and cross-selling to our sales team. • Collaborate with the team to understand the impact of solutions developed for our clients and on the end user. • Create and manage the project schedule based on sprint development. • Monitor scope compliance in terms of deliverables and monthly hours consumption. • Track project performance KPIs together with the client.

• Levantar e analisar automações atualmente existentes no ambiente Benner. • Mapear objetivos, entradas, saídas, regras de negócio, exceções e integrações dos fluxos atuais. • Apoiar o redesenho dos processos para adequação ao ambiente Tasy. • Avaliar a melhor abordagem técnica para cada automação: tela, API, banco de dados, arquivos ou modelo híbrido. • Desenvolver, ajustar e reconstruir automações RPA conforme os novos fluxos definidos. • Implementar boas práticas de logs, rastreabilidade, evidências, tratamento de exceções e reprocessamento. • Executar testes técnicos, testes integrados e testes de estresse das automações. • Apoiar a homologação funcional com usuários-chave e áreas de negócio. • Documentar fluxos técnicos, regras de negócio, parametrizações, evidências de testes e procedimentos operacionais. • Apoiar a implantação controlada em produção e o monitoramento inicial durante o Hypercare. • Atuar em conjunto com a squad de automação, liderança técnica, gestão do projeto e stakeholders do cliente.

• Act as a Functional Analyst on E-commerce projects, conducting elicitation, analysis and detailed documentation of business and technology requirements. • Prepare functional documentation, technical specifications, process flows and user stories. • Serve as an interface between business areas, technical teams, vendors and partners. • Support the design of integrations between platforms and corporate systems. • Monitor deliveries, assist with acceptance testing and provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Serve as the technical owner and lead engineer for the Agentic Engineering Hub, a platform that orchestrates AI-driven SDLC automation across ~50 repositories and 7+ product teams • Evolve the Hub from prototype to a v1.0 release: governance, observability/KPI dashboards, cost analytics, and error-recovery patterns • Improve AI agent workflows: prompt engineering, tool-use policies, iteration budgets, and timeouts • Design and build security and quality agents at scale (vulnerability remediation, test coverage augmentation, standardization of conventions across repositories) • Provision and govern an Azure sandbox for GenAI prototyping, including a clear pathway to promote prototypes to production • Produce AI adoption playbooks and coach teams on using the Hub, good repository conventions, and reviewing agent-generated PRs • Collaborate daily with product leaders, engineering managers, and the platform architect, working cross-functionally

• Participate in meetings with internal clients to understand briefs for communication materials; • Interview clients to produce written case studies and video case studies; • Create an editorial calendar; • Produce client case studies for the website and the commercial/sales team; • Create briefs for the designer and develop content for campaigns, presentations, and communication and marketing materials; • Collaborate with design and marketing colleagues to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with brand identity; • Support the production and curation of content for events organized by the company and events the company attends; • Coordinate with the communications agency to align requests and provide media and email marketing automation briefs; • Review and edit texts; • Attend events to capture video and content for social media.
