• Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across assigned credit union client organizations • Assess client business objectives, operational priorities, and growth opportunities to position Fiserv solutions that address their needs • Build and maintain annual account plans that incorporate input from multiple internal stakeholders and define measurable actions for client success • Partner with business unit and corporate leaders to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and advance strategic client initiatives • Drive retention and growth by supporting service agreement renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing formal proposals for additional products and services • Monitor client satisfaction, communicate insights to internal partners, and recommend actions that improve the client experience and business outcomes • Promote participation in Fiserv conferences, user groups, and other engagement opportunities that strengthen client partnership and product adoption
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development within the banking, credit union, or financial services industry
- 3+ years of experience working with large, complex financial institutions and aligning solutions to business, operational, and strategic objectives
- Experience developing account plans, managing renewals, and driving revenue growth through consultative client engagement
- Ability to build executive-level relationships, create formal client proposals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Direct experience supporting credit unions or knowledge of credit union operations, priorities, and regulatory considerations
- Knowledge of Fiserv systems, products, or client delivery models
- Familiarity with financial data processing systems and host-based computer systems
- Additional specialized training in banking, credit unions, or financial services

Role Description The Account Manager at Formerra is responsible for developing profitable growth. Primary focus will be development of potential target customers based on a specialization platform. Expectations include the ability to sell at all levels of management and build relationships that ensure Formerra will continue to get the first and last look. This role requires the individual to perform the function independently with little to no direction and oversight, and effectively interact and influence at the managerial peer level. Up to 75% travel is required.
