• Identify and purchase salvage on behalf of IAA • Provide competitive bids on salvage to maximize auction profits • Verify correct title documents for sale • Mentor new CSR’s and assist in escalated customer service situations • Perform management duties in absence of Supervisor or Manager • Work with provider management to resolve disputes

• Own pre-sales technical engagement, solution design, and demonstrations. • Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams. • Translate complex client requirements into scalable platform solutions. • Contribute directly to sales targets by shortening sales cycles, increasing win rates, and identifying upsell/expansion opportunities. • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. • Present to C-level clients and internal leadership on technical capabilities and strategic initiatives.
• Leading the sourcing of new and existing strategic customers by evaluating equipment for consignment, negotiating terms, and executing contracts while building long-term partnerships • Managing day-to-day relationships with strategic customers, including owning the interaction agenda and ensuring accurate tracking of all communications for full transparency • Preparing and leading supplier negotiations, including assessing transaction feasibility, revenue potential, and alignment with Ritchie Bros. commercial strategy • Monitoring and formalizing long-term customer performance by identifying gaps, driving improvement initiatives, and implementing mitigation actions to optimize cost and revenue outcomes • Performing other duties as assigned
• Build SmartEquip’s brand presence across the U.S., engaging with contractors, equipment rental companies, OEMs, dealers, and supporting verticals. • Generate new business through prospecting, outbound outreach, networking, trade associations, industry events, and strategic partner collaboration. • Develop and execute territory strategies including forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning. • Lead complex consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating how SmartEquip integrates into customer workflows and delivers measurable ROI. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailor proposals to the operational needs of each customer. • Become a trusted advisor to customers, developing long-term relationships and supporting multi-year growth strategies. • Maintain strong account health and ensure smooth transitions from signed agreements into implementation by partnering closely with Customer Success. • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and ensure recurring revenue through high customer satisfaction. • Log all sales activities, interactions, pipeline updates, and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce preferred). • Collaborate with SmartEquip’s technical, product, and onboarding teams to align solutions with customer requirements. • Represent SmartEquip at trade shows, conferences, and regional industry events across Europe. • Maintain industry knowledge through continuous learning, competitive research, and staying current on equipment rental and construction technology trends.

• Sell multi-channel solutions and services through prospecting, pipeline management, and business development within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions. • Identify new market opportunities, conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new and repeat sales, develop sales strategies, and maintain a client portfolio with regular updates. • Work with internal teams (sales support, Strategic Accounts, Territory Managers, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service. • Attend auctions, fairs, events, meet with clients in person in those events, and travel overnight as needed to cover the territory effectively. • Manage pricing and contract terms with customers. • Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
