• Closed sales - Sell inventory generated by the fleet advisor team - jointly owns our quarterly GTV goals and post-lead funnel optimization • Sales Velocity - Reduce time from lead to sale, target 8 after 3 months. • Price Realization - Ensure final sales prices do not degrade to reserve. Target price > 1.5X Liquidation Value • Voice of Customer - Funnel product / service feedback to the product teams to ensure continuous improvement. • Systems - This person will work to build systems and process for the inside sales team.
• Provide daily assistance with communication between IAA branches and provider. • Monitor SLA compliance and work with operations team to determine cause and appropriate action plan in instances where compliance is not met. • Solution escalations and complaints from providers and help address any areas of concern they may have. • Work with IAA reporting group to provide report framework on data requests from IAA operations or providers. • Review all reporting that is provided to the provider • Help manage relationships between IAA employees and providers • Support CAT operations, as requested
• Lead the Data Engineering and Data Science Engineering function for IAA, setting technical vision, delivery strategy, and operating rhythm • Build and evolve scalable data platforms, BI architecture, and ML-enablement capabilities using the Azure data and analytics stack • Drive strategy and execution across Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Power BI, Azure BI technologies, and modern cloud data platforms • Partner with business and functional leaders to solve high-value problems across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key areas • Guide the design and implementation of robust pipelines, semantic models, dashboards, self-service analytics, forecasting solutions, and machine learning systems • Help shape the roadmap for advanced analytics, predictive modeling, experimentation, and AI-driven insights • Mentor, coach, and grow data engineering and data science talent while raising the technical bar across the team • Establish strong engineering practices across architecture, delivery quality, scalability, governance, and operational excellence • Collaborate closely with engineering leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure data and AI solutions are aligned with platform, product, and business priorities • Act as a senior thought partner to leadership on data strategy, technical tradeoffs, and investment priorities
• Supporting the International Project Manager, the Business Process Analyst - International is responsible for extracting and analyzing data, documenting end-to-end business processes, and preparing clear, actionable reports. • The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, process alignment, and effective communication in support of international project initiatives.
• Provide various customer support services through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact. • Process orders and assignments and enter data into the computer system. • Reference pricing and delivery information. • Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests. • Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties. • Process all necessary paperwork for auction day, securing necessary approvals. • Follow well-established procedures and under the close direction of the supervisor. • Open to learning automobile titling. • Assist with other office functions as needed. • Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information on vehicles being assigned to the facility. • Detail (thoroughly clean) vehicles to improve their appearance to enhance their value at auction. • Safely operate passenger vehicles to move the vehicles around the facility and store them in the appropriate locations at the branch. • Assist visitors by providing appropriate guidance and/or directing them to the appropriate person for additional assistance. • Experienced loader operation. • Able and willing to report all violations of company policy to a supervisor or manager, immediately. • Subject matter expert for Yard Attendants, Loader Operators, and Customer Service Representatives. • Other duties as assigned per business needs.
