Product Operations – Commercialization Manager

Ketone-IQ

• Own integrated product execution across all physical Product at Ketone-IQ. • Define and manage launch plans, dependencies, and decision gates to balance speed, cost (COGS), quality, and operational feasibility. • Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Creative, Quality, and Supply Chain. • Design and maintain scalable systems for project tracking, documentation, and cross-functional visibility. • Build clear, repeatable workflows for product development, specification management, packaging changes, and commercialization.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, commercialization, or adjacent roles within CPG, food & beverage, wellness, or regulated consumer products.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional product and packaging initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Strong comfort owning packaging projects (even if not a packaging engineer) — including sourcing, vendor qualification, sustainability trade-offs, and cost considerations.
  • Experience working in fast-growing, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve.

Role Description Resilience is seeking a Product Operations Manager to scale how our product development organization operates as we grow. In this role, you'll design and maintain product operations, documentation, and knowledge infrastructure that enable Engineering, Product, and Design to work effectively together, ensuring teams can find information quickly, coordinate cross-functionally effectively, and deliver products without unnecessary friction. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience, systems thinking, and the ability to influence without authority. They are comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of cross-functional problems that do not have predefined solutions.
