Role Description Resilience is seeking a Product Operations Manager to scale how our product development organization operates as we grow. In this role, you'll design and maintain product operations, documentation, and knowledge infrastructure that enable Engineering, Product, and Design to work effectively together, ensuring teams can find information quickly, coordinate cross-functionally effectively, and deliver products without unnecessary friction. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience, systems thinking, and the ability to influence without authority. They are comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of cross-functional problems that do not have predefined solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement cross-functional workflows that reduce friction and increase predictability across Engineering, Product, and Design - Own and improve core product processes: - Quarterly planning cycles - Request tracking/intake and prioritization - Cross-functional collaboration processes - New product introduction - Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify existing processes that create bottlenecks or unnecessary overhead and develop scalable solutions - Build lightweight measurement frameworks to understand process effectiveness, inform tradeoffs, and guide continuous improvement - Write and improve documentation across product documentation and process documentation (how we work, decision frameworks, planning templates, etc) - Establish and maintain the information architecture for product development documentation - Reduce reliance on tribal knowledge by building clear, trusted sources of truth - Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure release notes, technical documentation, and product updates are clear, consistent, and accessible - Drive adoption of documentation standards and practices across the organization Qualifications - Up to 5 years of experience designing and owning cross-functional programs from inception to delivery in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environment - Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to enable effective delivery of complex products - Strong program management skills including stakeholder management, managing competing priorities, and driving outcomes without formal authority - Excellent writing and editing abilities with talent for making complex topics clear and accessible to different audiences - Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, able to shape problems that aren't fully defined and propose structured solutions - Strong communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements - Experience working with modern productivity and AI-enabled tools - Hands-on experience with planning and documentation platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Linear, Airtable) - Experience in cybersecurity, risk, insurance, or other regulated or highly technical industries - Familiarity with agile product development methodologies - Background in technical writing or developer documentation for technical audiences Compensation range $130,000 — $150,000 USD Benefits - Innovative company culture - Flexible work schedules - Family paid leave - Paid healthcare for employees - 401k/Pension - Professional development & career advancements - Flexible paid time off - Employee referral bonus Accommodations and Accessibility We want to ensure you're able to perform as well as possible in your interview.
