Staff Product Operations Manager
SoSafe
• Help shape and evolve how product work happens at SoSafe, from strategy and discovery through delivery and learning • Enable Product Managers to make high-quality decisions at pace, supporting clear prioritisation, sensible trade-offs, and calculated risk taking • Partner closely with Design to improve how discovery, design intent, and delivery connect as the organisation scales • Reduce friction and break down silos between Product, Design, and Engineering by improving shared context and ways of working • Strengthen how customer, business, and delivery signals inform product direction and roadmap decisions • Design and facilitate planning, review, and retrospective sessions on outcomes, learning, and continuous improvement • Introduce systems, standards, and tools that improve focus, clarity and execution without slowing teams down • Improve visibility into progress, risks, and decisions for teams and leadership without turning ProdOps into a reporting function • Spot patterns where the system isn’t working well and help teams course-correct early
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations in a scaling product organisation
- Deep understanding of how strong product teams operate across discovery, delivery, and outcomes
- Strong product-first systems thinker with a pragmatic bias for execution
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and shaping decisions without formal authority
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in modern product development and software delivery practices
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Opinionated, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
