• As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for delivering full cycle recruiting for cross functional teams across the Americas. • You will focus on partnering with hiring managers and HR to define recruitment strategy as well as sourcing and engaging candidates for core and key roles within IFS across the businesses. • A key focus will be on talent pipelining to support hiring managers across the region. • Coach and influence hiring managers to define recruitment strategies. • Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting methodologies and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates. • Mapping technology companies to identifying the top talent from competitors. • Partnering with HR and Hiring Managers to fully understand requirements and ensure a full candidate experience • Sourcing passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, LinkedIn and other social media databases. • Generating qualified candidates through direct sourcing via telephone and email. • Effectively assessing talent ensuring cultural & competency fit • Maintaining accurate documentation within the company's ATS.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing or direct recruitment capacity, in-house or agency
- Significant experience of hands-on talent acquisition across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and others within a software or technology business.
- Highly articulate and able to communicate confidently with candidates about our business strategy
- High degree of personal organization with an eye for detail.
- Passionate about sourcing and can demonstrate advanced research skills, Boolean, social media and alternative search techniques
- Comfortable building relationships over the phone and able to engage passive candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
