Associate Creative Recruiter – Freelance

• Collaborate closely with recruiting and sourcing leaders, business executives, and various cross-functional partners. • Support the recruitment process for a diverse range of roles including Product Design, Product Management, Strategy, UX Research, Design Operations, Writing, and Brand Design. • Strategically source new talent through both traditional and innovative channels. • Curate and manage shortlists of prospective candidates for review by hiring managers. • Engage in meaningful discussions with hiring managers. • Coordinate and schedule interviews. • Contribute engaging content for our weekly newsletter and maintain an active presence on our corporate blog. • Report directly to the CEO, assisting in the development of recruitment strategies. • Lead sourcing initiatives across various roles and clients.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English or possess extremely high proficiency in the English language.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficient with technology tools such as chat interfaces (e.g., Slack), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), blogging platforms (WordPress), and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
