Job Description

Senior Territory Manager – Food & Beverage

Donaldson Company, Inc.

• Growing sales within the assigned region • Direct end-users • Recruit and accelerate sales with distributor partners • Train distributors and end users to maximize potential sales • Identify and grow process filtration business with food and beverage equipment manufacturers (OEM) • Developing and executing a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and profitability • Expanding customer base through networking, lead follow-up and conversion • Collaborating with field sales and inside sales team to cultivate and share leads • Developing and maintaining opportunity funnel within Microsoft CRM • Travel within the geographic territory at least 60%

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with significant experience
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience or 7+ years of outside sales experience covering multi-state territory
  • Process Filtration experience would be ideal
  • Food & Beverage manufacturing/industry experience preferred
  • Prior experience selling through distributors, resellers and engineering firms
