Contract Clinical Recruiter
Octave
• Manage the full cycle, high volume recruitment process for signing fully licensed clinicians to join Octave's growing network of providers across multiple states. • Collaborate with Octave’s recruitment team and stakeholders to align on sourcing priorities and candidate profiles. • Execute sourcing strategies using data, market insights, and your recruiting experience. • Represent Octave professionally to candidates and maintain a high-quality candidate experience. • Provide feedback on recruiting tools, strategies, and processes when relevant. • Participate in 2–3 scheduled team meetings per week to stay aligned with priorities and updates.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- 1+ years of clinical recruiting experience
- Experience in corporate recruiting is preferred, but not required
- Demonstrable ability to partner with and influence business leaders
- Ability to create and execute passive sourcing strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time and drive progress without direct oversight
