Key Responsibilities Portfolio Content Leadership - Own and evolve the content strategy across a multi-brand healthcare portfolio, including early-stage and high-growth brands. - Establish shared principles, playbooks, and standards while allowing for distinct brand voices and positioning. - Serve as the senior content partner to each of these business units. Strategic Content & Brand Development - Define content strategies that support brand awareness, demand generation, product adoption, and lifecycle marketing. - Translate complex healthcare, clinical, and regulatory concepts into clear, compelling narratives for B2B, B2B2C, and consumer audiences. - Ensure content aligns with brand positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy. Channel & Format Excellence - Oversee content across owned and paid channels, including: - - Websites and landing pages - Thought leadership and educational content (whitepapers, webinars etc.) - Email and lifecycle programs - Sales enablement and partner materials - Social, video, and emerging formats - Guide experimentation and optimization based on performance data and audience insights. Team & Workflow Leadership - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing content team, including social media strategists, writers, editors and content creators. - Build efficient workflows, briefs, and review processes that support speed, quality, and compliance. - Partner closely with legal, clinical, and compliance stakeholders to ensure accuracy and risk management. Measurement & Impact - Define success metrics for content across business units, balancing brand health, engagement, and revenue impact. - Use qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously refine strategy and inform leadership decisions. Qualifications and Experience - 10–15+ years of experience in content strategy, brand, or editorial leadership, with senior-level ownership. - Proven success in B2B and B2B2C healthcare (digital health, wellness, medtech, pharma, payer, or provider experience strongly preferred). - Experience overseeing multiple brands or products simultaneously, ideally within a portfolio or holding-company structure. - Deep understanding of healthcare audiences, regulations, and trust-based communication. - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders. - Exceptional storytelling, editorial judgment, and strategic thinking.
