• Make outbound calls to providers in whitespace markets not covered by field-based Outreach Managers • Manage inbound requests from healthcare providers interested in Octave's services • Conduct virtual presentations that educate physicians and staff on Octave's care model, outcomes data, and patient benefits • Overcome objections and close providers on establishing Octave as their preferred behavioral health referral partner • Meet assigned referral targets and complete required virtual sales activities to drive leads and conversions • Build a deep understanding of Octave's services to clearly communicate our value proposition: outcomes data, measurement-based care, in-network access, and patient experience • Collaborate with providers to understand their patient needs and align Octave's services accordingly • Gather provider feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve services and messaging • Maintain an organized pipeline and track all outreach in CRM, updating activity within 48 hours • Partner with the marketing team to create repeatable, scalable processes for referrals • Leverage AI tools as a core part of daily work (drafting, research, iteration) to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making
• You will own the briefs and scripts, and serve as editorial reviewer once our production team delivers cuts. • Own the operational health of our YouTube channel and help us extend content onto Instagram, ensuring uploads, metadata, and performance reporting are tight. • Every concept should have a clear path to Reels cutdowns before we ever shoot. • Review cuts from our external production team and provide clear, actionable feedback on pacing, structure, tone, and fidelity to the original brief. • Flag Reels and TikTok moments in the script at the concept stage — not after the fact — so the production team captures them in the shoot. • Develop titles, thumbnail concepts, and metadata that drive both clicks and search ranking. • Own the upload workflow: titles, descriptions, tags, cards, end screens, and scheduled publish times on YouTube. Coordinate corresponding Instagram Reels posts. • Pull a monthly report from YouTube Studio covering views, watch time, click-through rate, and search traffic sources. • Keep playlists organized, flag content that needs updating, and stay current on algorithm or policy changes that affect our content.

About the Role: Octave is hiring Licensed Clinicians to work within an organizational structure to provide high-quality behavioral health care to our clients. Octave Clinicians will join a diverse clinical team in providing therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, evolving environment. Octave Clinicians demonstrate strong clinical service thinking, informed by evidence-informed therapies. It is our effort to drive quality access and customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery for our clients. You will treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video, using short-term, evidence-based therapies. Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina at the master's or doctoral level, well-versed in evidence-based therapies, like CBT or DBT, and an expert in the delivery of culturally responsive care. We are seeking out Licensed Clinicians who are willing to work both in-person and remotely, but an office space is required to start. As a Clinician with Octave, you will be able to build out a caseload that gives your clients the option to see you virtually or in-person. It is required that you already have a commercial clinical space that you can operate from to see clients in person through Octave. At this time, we are not providing an office space within the state of North Carolina. You can see clients in person from your home office or commercial office setting. The salary range for Geo 3 (AK, CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, WA) is $164,000 - $176,000. All zones are eligible for equity in the form of stock options.
