Working Student – Recruiting (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms. • You will support the pre-screening of applications and conduct initial reviews to identify top talent. • You will conduct initial conversations with candidates to assess suitability for the role and ensure a positive candidate experience. • You will work closely with hiring managers to clarify candidate requirements and help make the recruitment process efficient. • You will help source suitable candidates for open positions through targeted research and outreach — for both Go-to-Market and Tech roles. • You will be the point of contact for our working students, support their onboarding, and ensure they settle in well.
Job Requirements
- You are enrolled in a university program (preferably in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field).
- You have some prior experience in recruiting (desirable).
- Ideally, you have experience with AI-powered tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- You are a communicative person who enjoys talking to and interacting with people.
- You work independently, are structured, and have good organizational skills.
- You have experience with common MS Office applications.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- You can work at least 15 hours per week and are ideally available for at least 6 more months.
