Job Requirements
- Four-year college degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience coaching financial advisors.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop peer leaders.
- Deep expertise in practice management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI.
- Professional designation or history of significant progress toward achievement preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days.
- Flexibility to travel (will include overnight) and conduct business during evening hours.

• Execute and optimize sales campaigns across SnapChat, covering multiple funnels, including worldwide and standalone segments • Keep on track of adapting relevant creative sets to the campaigns, optimise ad sets with bids and budgets and applicable ad combinations • Take full control and ownership of testing creatives generated for SnapChat and also adapt from Meta, analyze ad performance, deliver reporting, and identify key trends and insights • Deeply analyse the testing creative tendencies, identify winners, locate them individually in new campaigns and in existing ones for optimisation • Analyse cohort performance, create dedicated campaigns for genders, age segments, interest based ones • Continuously monitor and optimize performance on a daily and hourly basis across budgets, audiences, placements, creatives, and bids • Maintain clear UA processes by following assigned strategies and executing daily tasks, including campaign launches, creative transitions, and funnel switching • Develop custom and lookalike audience campaigns, create campaigns based on interests • Collaborate closely with Creative Managers to source, test, and iterate creative ideas, identifying and scaling top-performing concepts based on performance data • Ensure disciplined execution across account structure, testing frameworks, scaling logic, and performance monitoring
