• Assist sales team with processing sample requests, quotes, and form requests & seek alternative products for order requests as appropriate. • Verify customer artwork meets product imprint specs/requirements and sends artwork to graphic art team for proof creation and processing. • Verifies proof with customer, sends back to graphic art team as needed. • Collaborate with suppliers to assure orders are accurate/on-time delivery. • Respond to incoming site chat requests, e-mail requests, and queued calls and follow up with clients for proof of delivery, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with key business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and technology solution providers • Gathers and documents business, functional and technology requirements • Works closely with the technology delivery team to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Builds testing scenarios and mentors business users through user acceptance • Assesses, applies and projects the impact of system changes on business end-users • Conducts various test scenarios – system, integration, readiness & user acceptance testing • Documents the business implications of application changes to current business processes • Identifies group level challenges, recommends & executes solutions • Analyzes and documents business processes & metrics
• Conduct quality review and linguistic validation of English to Thai subtitle content of English and non-English content. • Ensure accuracy of translation, grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, fluency, and intent is conveyed through subtitles • Provide feedback to translators and handle their responses • Escalate any issues with the subtitle quality and collaborate with the production team to resolve issues in timely manner • Follow department specific schedules and guidelines and demonstrate adherence to the schedule. • Support root cause analysis for Thai language quality issues. • Actively participate in all job/personal knowledge training program. • Other duties as assigned by the lead linguists.
• Overseeing a group of dubbing coordinators responsible for daily operations of their team • Development of performance goals and long-term dubbing operational plans • Managing forecasts, capacity, and utilization planning • Owning dubbing production workflows and service-level agreements • Vendor management, dub quality analysis and performance metrics • Monitoring evolving regional needs and developing solutions • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders • Leading regional post-mortems on titles/series • Conducting market assessments of territory/language • Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external teams

Compensation The compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
