• Lead architectural reviews and performance optimizations during customer implementations, ensuring successful deployments and maximizing the value of Crogl's platform • Serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers who are using Crogl • Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams that will help drive product improvements • Serve as a technical expert during the sales process, delivering compelling demonstrations of Crogl's capabilities, including feature engineering, training, and model monitoring, resulting in increased customer adoption

• Own the customer support experience across ticketing, email, and shared Slack channels — triage, reproduce, and drive issues to resolution • Engage actively in the Crogl practitioner community (forums, shared channels, user groups) to answer questions, surface patterns, and build relationships with users beyond your assigned accounts • Diagnose technical issues across Crogl deployments in hybrid/on-prem and cloud environments, partnering with Engineering on root cause and fix delivery • Build and maintain the Crogl knowledge base — runbooks, troubleshooting guides, FAQs — so each ticket teaches the next customer • Act as the voice of the customer by aggregating support trends and feeding them to Product and Engineering to drive product improvements

• Working on the product AI team in a part research and part development role • Building real world use cases to test model effectiveness and performance • Generating threat data, executing attacks and emulating APT actors • Writing shell scripts, python scripts and creating repeatable, automated tests • Influencing AI engineering priorities through data and content • Testing AI models and Crogl’s AI capabilities for security operations usefulness

• Execute the demand generation strategy end-to-end across paid, organic, email, and partner-sourced channels • Build and manage integrated campaigns that move prospects from awareness to pipeline • Develop and maintain nurture programs tied to buyer stage, persona, and product interest • Collaborate with BDRs to align campaign intent with outbound sequencing • Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot), CRM integration, and attribution reporting • Build dashboards tracking MQLs, SALs, pipeline sourced, and influenced • Run A/B tests on messaging, offers, and channel mix • Manage paid media programs (LinkedIn, Google, sponsorships) • Write campaign-related copy when needed • Coordinate with product marketing on content amplification • Support partner co-marketing programs • Jump in on whatever the team needs

Lead discovery conversations and deliver tailored, high-impact demonstrations of Crogl's AI SOC platform — from alert triage and threat hunting to SIEM migration and audit readiness — that speak directly to each prospect's environment and challenges. • Run proof-of-value engagements. Design and lead evaluations that translate Crogl's capabilities into clear, measurable outcomes for security teams. Guide prospects from interest to technical validation. • Be the trusted advisor. Develop deep relationships with technical stakeholders — SOC analysts, security architects, and CISOs — positioning yourself as a credible partner throughout the sales cycle and beyond. • Shape the product. Serve as the voice of the customer by synthesizing field insights into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering, influencing the roadmap based on what you're hearing in deals. • Build the function. Contribute to SE best practices, reusable demo assets, technical playbooks, and internal knowledge resources as we build this team from the ground up. • Support customer success. Partner with post-sale teams during early implementation to ensure a smooth handoff and strong time-to-value for new customers.
