Role Description We are looking for a highly meticulous PDF Forms Operations Specialist to own and scale the forms library for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for sourcing, formatting, and publishing fillable PDF forms — tax, administrative, and business documents across multiple markets — used by hundreds of thousands of customers. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role suited for someone who thrives on meticulous, repetitive work done to a consistently high standard. The operation is scaling its output 5–10x, and every form you ship is used by thousands of customers from day one. Sloppy fields, broken tab orders, and inconsistent formatting are not acceptable. The bar is high and so is the upside — performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast. Key Responsibilities - PDF Forms Preparation - Source official forms (tax, administrative, business) across multiple countries and markets - Format them into clean, fillable PDFs in Adobe Acrobat — field types, alignment, tab order, validations - Ensure forms render correctly across desktop and mobile and behave consistently in the product editor - Audit existing forms and continuously improve quality, fillability, and consistency - Content Library Management - Upload and manage forms in the CMS with accurate categories, metadata, and discoverability - Maintain a clean, well-organized library as output scales 5–10x - Own quality checks before publication — every form ships correct the first time - Process & Velocity - Drive weekly output targets in a high-velocity production process - Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing, formatting, and library operations - Partner with the content and product teams to prioritize new forms based on market demand Qualifications - 2+ years in content operations, document operations, or a similar hands-on production role - Hands-on expertise with Adobe Acrobat form preparation — field types, alignment, tab order, calculations, validations - Experience working in a CMS — uploading, organizing, and managing structured content - Proven track record of high-accuracy, high-volume production work - Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to boost personal efficiency Requirements - Extreme attention to detail — you catch what others miss, consistently - Genuinely comfortable with repetitive, meticulous work — this is where you do your best work, not what you tolerate - Self-directed — you drive your queue forward without needing constant direction - Organized by default — large content libraries stay clean and structured under your ownership Benefits - Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance. - Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days. - Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge. - Company-provided MacBook: Experience seamless productivity with top-notch Apple MacBooks provided to all employees who need them. - Flexible Independent Contractor Agreement: Unlock the benefits of flexibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurial opportunities. Benefit from tax advantages, networking opportunities, reduced employment obligations, and the freedom to work from anywhere.
Role Description We are looking for a highly structured CMS Template Engineer to own and scale the agreement template engine for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for translating legal requirements into modular content blocks and conditional logic in the CMS — building questionnaire-driven flows that generate accurate legal documents for hundreds of thousands of customers. This is a role at the intersection of structured content and legal comprehension, suited for someone who breaks complex documents into clean, modular logic. Every branching rule you build determines what a customer's final agreement contains — errors compound, so rigor is not optional. The operation is scaling template output 5–10x. The bar is high and so is the upside — performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast. Key Responsibilities - Template Logic & Build - Translate legal drafts from the legal team into structured CMS content models - Build modular content blocks, clauses, and conditional logic powering questionnaire-driven agreement flows - Design branching question flows — dependencies, conditions, exclusions — that generate the correct final document - Own end-to-end template accuracy from legal draft to published flow - Content Systems & Library - Manage versioning, taxonomy, and metadata across the template library - Audit and refactor existing templates for accuracy, modularity, and scalability - Coordinate with engineering when content models or integrations need updating - Process & Velocity - Drive weekly template output targets as production scales 5–10x - Use AI tools to accelerate template construction and QA - Partner with the legal team to clarify requirements and close review loops fast Qualifications - 2+ years in technical content management, content operations, document automation, or a similar hands-on role - Strong hands-on experience with CMS platforms — content models, collections, fields, relationships, conditional logic, versioning - Ability to read and work fluently with legal documents — clauses, conditions, and how they interact (formal legal training not required) - Demonstrated ability to break complex documents or flows into modular blocks and conditional rules - Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to boost personal efficiency Requirements - Structured thinker — you see systems and logic where others see walls of text - Extreme attention to detail — a wrong condition in a legal template compounds silently - Self-directed — you drive templates from draft to published without hand-holding - Fast but rigorous — velocity never comes at the cost of accuracy under your ownership Benefits - Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Role Description We're a fast-growing consumer AI company giving millions of users access to the world's leading AI models — chat, image, and video generation — under one subscription. We run one of the biggest Google Ads accounts in the world, alongside a major Microsoft Ads (Bing) presence, across 40+ countries and 30+ languages. We work AI-first: our campaigns are researched, built, and optimized with the help of AI agents (Claude), directed by a human expert. We're looking for that expert. You'll own the performance of our Google Ads account end to end — structure, keywords, ads, bids, compliance, and growth — using Claude as your daily co-pilot for research, audits, and campaign work. Key Responsibilities - Scaling: Grow profitable spend across countries, products, and devices; find untapped markets and launch them; manage budgets and targets against real revenue and payback goals. - Keyword research: Build and maintain large-scale keyword systems; discover new opportunities, validate demand, organize keywords into clean clusters (brand vs. generic AI searches), and ensure every new AI model release is covered from day one. - Ad strength & copy: Keep ad quality high across the whole account; ads that mirror what people actually search, strong Ad Strength scores, and quality localization in 30+ languages. - Campaign structure: Design and maintain a clean, scalable account; well-themed ad groups, sensible country tiers, no dead or duplicated inventory, and consistent naming across a very large campaign portfolio. - Compliance: Solid working knowledge of Google Ads policies; trademark rules, misleading-claims policy, and how to prevent — and if needed, appeal — account-level restrictions like Limited Ad Serving. - Bid management: Set and continuously adjust CPA/ROAS targets based on real revenue data per country, device, and campaign — not gut feeling. - Working with AI: Use Claude and AI workflows daily to research keywords, generate and review ad copy, audit the account, and automate the repetitive parts of the job. - Monitoring & reporting: Track performance the right way; spot problems early, and quickly figure out the root cause when numbers move. Qualifications - 5+ years managing large, international Google Ads search accounts. - Claude expert — you know Anthropic's models and products well, use them daily, and understand the AI tools market as a practitioner, not just an advertiser. - Strong AI skills — comfortable working with AI assistants and agent-based workflows; you see AI as a force multiplier, not a threat. - Very solid understanding of Google compliance — trademark policy, ad review, and account-level enforcement, including recovery from restrictions. - Data-driven decision maker — comfortable with revenue metrics, CPA/ROAS economics, and payback thinking. - Structured, high-agency operator: proposes with evidence, moves fast, executes carefully, documents everything. Nice to have - Microsoft Ads (Bing) experience. - Managing Google Ads for AI products. - Subscription / consumer product acquisition background. - Basic technical skills (spreadsheet power user, some SQL or scripting).
