• Execute the demand generation strategy end-to-end across paid, organic, email, and partner-sourced channels • Build and manage integrated campaigns that move prospects from awareness to pipeline • Develop and maintain nurture programs tied to buyer stage, persona, and product interest • Collaborate with BDRs to align campaign intent with outbound sequencing • Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot), CRM integration, and attribution reporting • Build dashboards tracking MQLs, SALs, pipeline sourced, and influenced • Run A/B tests on messaging, offers, and channel mix • Manage paid media programs (LinkedIn, Google, sponsorships) • Write campaign-related copy when needed • Coordinate with product marketing on content amplification • Support partner co-marketing programs • Jump in on whatever the team needs
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- At least 2 years in cybersecurity, observability, or enterprise software
- Proven track record of building and executing integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline
- Experience managing marketing programs for both commercial enterprise and Federal/SLED segments
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn campaign management and paid search
- Experience building account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- Comfort operating across the full funnel

Role Description You'll build the measurement frameworks and analyses that guide the growth team's decisions on acquisition, activation and retention. Working with the Head of Growth, you'll instrument experiments, analyse cohort behaviour, build attribution models and surface insights that the team can act on weekly. What you'll do - Build cohort and retention analyses using SQL and Python - Design A/B test plans and run statistical significance analysis on results - Build and maintain GA4 event tracking and attribution models - Create growth dashboards used in weekly leadership reviews - Identify churn signals and work with CRM to design intervention experiments Qualifications - Strong SQL – you can write complex queries and cohort analyses from scratch - Comfort with Python for analysis and data wrangling - Understanding of A/B testing and statistical significance - Familiarity with GA4 and digital attribution - Good async written communication – you can explain what the data means Requirements - Experience with subscription business metrics (MRR, LTV, churn) - Nice to have - Familiarity with CRM tools (Klaviyo, Braze or similar) - Nice to have Benefits - $700–$1,100 USD/month, paid monthly - Fully remote – work from anywhere - Flexible hours with some UK overlap - $500/year learning budget - Home office equipment stipend
