• Oversee the selection, design, development and implementation of industrial automation systems for Manufacturing Operations Monitoring (MOM) • Work closely with numerous stakeholders at QCi across manufacturing, logistics, sales, finance, order fulfillment, purchasing and accounting • Lead system upgrades, patches, and configurations • Customize the operations systems to meet business requirements, such as integrating with other modules and improving workflows • Provide technical support to users, conducting training, and managing troubleshooting • Manage the entire lifecycle of MOM projects, from planning to execution • Apply appropriate Agile or development methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology to manage development activities • Automate the handoff of code releases from development to operations (DevOps) • Participate in the change management and service ticket management processes
Job Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role within a Manufacturing Environment
- In depth technical knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Deep knowledge of specific ERP systems (e.g., DelTek, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Odoo, SYSPRO, SaaS)
- Ability to closely collaborate with IT teams, manage vendors, and drive organizational change
- Understanding business processes in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain
- Excellent communication skills for liaising between stakeholders and IT teams
