The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels. As a Senior Program Manager, Learning & Development, you will own and evolve two of the most business-critical programs at StackAdapt: Global Onboarding and Global Compliance. These programs directly impact employee readiness, speed-to-productivity, and our ability to operate effectively and responsibly at scale. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of employee experience, business performance, and operational rigor. You will set the strategy, drive execution, and continuously improve both programs to meet the needs of a fast-growing, global organization. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable executing high-quality programs today and evolving them for tomorrow. You’re energized by operating across the full spectrum — from logistics and delivery to design, facilitation, and strategy — and you’re motivated by building, testing, and improving as you go. At StackAdapt, we value range, ownership, and low ego. This role is designed to grow in scope and complexity over time, including deeper ownership of learning design and facilitation of higher-impact, higher-stakes experiences. What You'll Be Doing: Program Strategy & Ownership - Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Global Onboarding and Global Compliance programs - Align program priorities to business goals, workforce growth, and evolving organizational needs - Define success metrics and ensure programs drive measurable impact on employee readiness and performance Program Execution & Scaling - Lead the delivery and scaling of both programs across regions, ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience - Evaluate priorities, timelines, and resources to optimize execution and delivery speed - Identify and address gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in program operations - Step into execution when needed — ensuring programs run smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve and scale, including coordinating communications and follow-ups to keep programs on track Program Experience & Facilitation - Facilitate onboarding and learning experiences that are engaging, structured, and set a high bar for the employee experience - Create psychologically safe, high-participation environments that drive learning, clarity, and connection - Continuously raise the quality of the learner experience through iteration and feedback Content & Program Evolution - Leads evolution of program design, ensuring content remains relevant, scalable, and aligned to business needs - Designs learning content and experiences that drive behavior change — not just knowledge transfer Stakeholder Leadership & Influence - Drive alignment across People, Legal/Compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders on program goals, expectations, and success measures - Operate as a trusted partner, influencing decisions and holding a high bar for program quality and delivery - Partner with Enablement and IT/Tooling to align programs, systems access, and experience Measurement & Continuous Improvement - Establish and track program metrics tied to employee experience, adoption, and business outcomes - Use data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making - Conduct ongoing program reviews to refine strategy, priorities, and execution Operational Excellence - Simplify and streamline processes to reduce friction and improve scalability - Apply strong business judgment to navigate ambiguity, assess trade-offs, and make decisions - Leverage tools (including AI) to improve efficiency, speed, and program impact - Own LMS operations (enrollment, tracking, troubleshooting) - Ensure new hires have timely access to required tools and systems How You’ll Operate - You move fluidly between execution and strategy — zooming in to deliver and zooming out to improve - You’re comfortable owning the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture - You experiment, iterate, and improve — you don’t wait for perfect conditions - You take pride in getting things done, but you’re equally motivated to make them better over time - You bring a low-ego, high-ownership mindset — you care more about outcomes than ownership of ideas What You'll Bring to the Table - Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with high visibility and business impact - Demonstrated ability to operate across both execution and strategy in a single role - Strong program management fundamentals: roadmap planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and execution - Excellent business judgment — able to define problems clearly and drive effective, scalable solutions - Strong ownership mindset — comfortable taking initiative and driving work forward without perfect direction - Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority and building alignment across teams - Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and guide groups effectively - Growth mindset with a willingness to step outside core expertise and build new skills (e.g., facilitation, design) - Low ego, high accountability — open to feedback, focused on outcomes, and willing to roll up your sleeves - Experience in Learning & Development, People, or a related function (preferred) - Familiarity with learning tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, Articulate) is an asset - Curiosity and interest in leveraging AI and new tools to improve workflows and outcomes The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada.
