The Provider Relations Specialist will support clients by providing claims status, payment information, and explanation of payment via telephone and written correspondence. The Provider Relations Specialist will also resolve provider issues and escalate as needed. Once all training requirements have been fulfilled, this is a remote position. Role Description As a Principal Network Engineer at MKS, you will partner closely with our Enterprise Infrastructure team to architect, design, and evolve the network technologies that power MKS’ global operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional technical groups, business teams, and external partners to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure connectivity across our worldwide footprint. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Network Engineering. You Will Make an Impact By: - Designing, architecting, and implementing data communication networks, including cloud-integrated architecture for AWS and Azure. - Leading enterprise network modernization, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Managing MKS’ global Palo Alto firewall footprint and contributing to Fortinet-based security architecture. - Driving deployment and lifecycle management of Aruba technologies (wired, wireless, ClearPass, Aruba Central). - Overseeing network implementation plans, schedules, budgets, and communication to leadership. - Supporting daily operations, including automation, incident escalation, and participation in on-call rotation. - Coordinating technical execution with internal business and technical partners across the organization. - Participating in ServiceNow ticketing processes for operational and project-based work. Travel Requirements: Up to 5% Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - 10+ years of similar work experience - Experience integrating networks with AWS, Azure, and other cloud service providers. - Expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing. - Competency with remote access technologies (SSL, IPSec) and site-to-site VPN. - Strong knowledge of wireless networks and controller-based deployments. - Deep understanding of WAN and SD-WAN provisioning and optimization. - Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers in multivendor environments. - Strong foundational networking skills: TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, IPSec VPN, L2/L3 switching, VLANs, firewall policy design. Requirements - Hands-on experience managing and designing solutions with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls. - Extensive experience with Aruba routers, switches, wireless APs, and cloud management via Aruba Central. - Familiarity with authentication services: RADIUS, TACACS/TACACS+, 802.1X. - Experience with ClearPass, SolarWinds, Cisco Umbrella, Infoblox, Cisco ISE. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. - Experience supporting network infrastructure in a 24/7 on-call rotation. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international team environments. - Experience designing or operating Zero-Trust network models. - Experience with network automation frameworks or scripting tools. - Background leading major network modernization or cloud migration projects. - Familiarity with high-availability load balancing across multi-cloud or multi-site environments. What You'll Do The primary location for this role is remote in New Jersey and will entail frequent (up to 50%) travel throughout the state. As a Provider Engagement Specialist III (PES) you will work collaboratively with providers in markets where Imagine Pediatrics is contracted to further our mission of increasing safe days at home by delivering care for medically complex children. As part of the Network Development team, you will develop and manage positive, long-term relationships with physicians and groups serving specialty populations. You will serve as an ambassador and representative of Imagine Pediatrics in your territory with the goal of enrolling eligible patients and their families in Imagine Pediatrics' app-based care model. In addition, you will: - Manage provider relationships and drive engagement within your assigned territory or specific market and/or focus on a specialized population. - Execute strategic initiatives, including supporting providers, coordinating events, and addressing day-to-day operational needs and decisions. - Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations in your territory. - Provide input on central engagement strategies from on-the-ground experience. - Independently handle day-to-day challenges and decision-making and work with the Director on broader, systematic challenges. - Work closely with providers, care teams, and local community organizations to drive brand recognition. - Identify additional engagement opportunities by independently pulling data from Tableau to share with PCPs. - Mentor and support new and associate-level team members - Meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets  - Travel within territory as well as within market for team member support and relationship builds. • You will be working with a team of multi-disciplined engineers, cyber security engineers and officers, quality engineers, and architects and perform systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance to support the successful delivery of the TACMOR network services. • Perform network engineering tasks that involve researching, evaluating, planning, designing, engineering, configuring and delivering the TACMOR network services project. • Produce assigned work products, deliverables, and engineering documentation. • Support integration and testing activities both CONUS and OCONUS. • Develop designs and participate in design reviews with the customer. • Provide specialized network engineering support to the TACMOR Network project and a secure communications and data transfer network from a new Air Force mission system located OCONUS. • Responsible for providing network expertise for new installs and tech refreshes that require engineering and security architecture design, integration and install, test, and deploy to operations.
