Tariff Mitigation Program Manager
RTX
• Lead day‑to‑day coordination of tariff mitigation activities and serve as the central point of communication for the 232 metals and supplier outreach workstream • Leads supplier relationships that enable mitigation of 232 duties • Maintains accurate and accessible repositories that allow brokers to identify and act on duty-mitigation opportunities • Ensure cross‑functional alignment across LCC, SC, Ops, Finance, and Engineering • Track financial impacts, benefits, and exposure; partner with Finance to validate • Flag risks early, drive issue resolution, and escalate through Collins’s tariff team and leadership as needed • Prepare concise status updates, dashboards, and decision summaries for leadership • Monitors for regulatory updates and changes to eligibility criteria for duty exemption • Maintain documentation: risk logs, action trackers, decision registers, and implementation plans • Support development of standard work, playbooks, and templates to enable repeatable mitigation processes • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- 3+ years program management, operations or supply chain experience
- 3+ years experience in reporting and
- PowerBI, SharePoint experience
- U.S. Customs and tariff experience
