Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in human resources, MBA, or related discipline. - Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in a strategic HRBP role. - Experience supporting sales and commercial leadership teams, preferably in energy efficiency, sustainability or SaaS environments. - Deep understanding of sales compensation structures, incentive programs, and performance frameworks. - Familiarity with modern HR systems (e.g., Workday/Oracle, ServiceNow). - Demonstrated success in supporting organizations through rapid growth, transformation, or M&A integration. - Deep knowledge of core HR disciplines including talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and rewards. - Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
