• Drive pipeline growth within existing accounts by introducing new use cases and applications, converting opportunities into measurable revenue • Own account performance, driving high product utilization, renewal rates, and revenue expansion across the customer lifecycle • Develop and deepen relationships across multiple stakeholders and business units, increasing share of wallet and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities • Execute and expand strategic framework agreements with key accounts, driving revenue growth, contract value, and long-term customer retention • Execute the sales strategy, developing sustainable business relationships with B2B customers • Deliver product demos, training, and onboarding that accelerate adoption, shorten sales cycles, and support expansion within accounts • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers have the insights and support needed to maximize ROI and unlock additional purchasing opportunities
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally of hardware products into the construction or rental sectors and demonstrating your ability to drive results and exceed targets
- Comprehensive technical understanding and familiarity with our product portfolio, enabling you to effectively communicate its value to customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, backed by engaging presentations that captivate and persuade potential clients
- Ability to work in a startup environment, meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Committed to continuous self-improvement and process optimization, seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of our team
- Must possess a valid & clean driver's license
