• Own and deliver against a $1M+ annual new-business sponsorship target • Build and manage a pipeline of brand and agency partners • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new sponsorship deals • Develop integrated partnerships across events, product, and studio channels • Identify new categories and revenue opportunities • Partner cross-functionally with Events, Product, Studios, Marketing, and Finance • Ensure clean handoff of all deals to execution teams • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting

• Lead the Events division within FitLab, with Ragnar as the primary business • Drive high-quality, consistent execution across all events • Improve event-level economics and overall division performance • Help shape and execute the strategic roadmap for Events in partnership with the FitLab leadership team • Develop new event formats, experiences, and revenue opportunities over time • Develop and grow strategic partnerships and sponsorships that elevate the experience and improve event economics • Build and lead a high-performing team across corporate and field operations • Set clear priorities, targets, and accountability across the Events division • Develop and execute short- and long-term plans aligned with FitLab objectives • Oversee all event operations, ensuring safe, consistent, high-quality execution • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Technology • Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation • Build a strong, accountable, execution-focused culture • Use data and reporting to drive continuous improvement • Build relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders • Structure and scale partnerships and sponsorships that align with the brand and improve event economics • Identify risks early and implement solutions to protect execution and outcomes • Establish processes and systems that support scalable growth • Maintain deep knowledge of the endurance and fitness events landscape • Act as the primary leader of Events within FitLab

• Deliver accurate financials to the Controller by the 5th of each month using fast-close procedures. • Monitor the month-end close timeline and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely and accurate close. • Maintain and review detailed balance sheet reconciliations; delegate and oversee reconciliations performed by team members. • Supervise GL and AR clerks, holding weekly check-ins, managing workloads, offering performance feedback, and ensuring proper training. • Review work from GL and AR clerks for accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to controls. • Ensure daily soft bank reconciliations are completed and that the accounting system is properly locked post-close. • Partner with operations and purchasing on vendor questions and inventory accounting matters. • Reconcile intercompany accounts and prepare compliance data for income tax and sales tax filings (including Avalara). • Provide monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis and financial insight to support leadership decisions. • Support audits, inventory counts, system conversions, and other cross-functional accounting initiatives. • Ensure the accounting inbox is managed and that source documentation is accurately filed in accounting systems/shared drives. • Support the annual budget process by providing vendor level historical spend trend reports and notes. • Prepare compliance data for review by supervisor for income tax return preparation. • Review monthly sales tax returns ahead of automated filing through Avalara. • Support organizational-wide projects such as the annual audit, inventory counts, consolidation of subsidiaries, accounting system conversions, and more.

• Maintain accurate, reconciled inventory across all FitLab brands and storage locations • Provide visibility into inbound and outbound logistics activities that impact inventory availability • Ensure system integrity across ERP and 3PL platforms • Oversee daily and weekly inventory reconciliations between 3PL partner reports and FitLab’s ERP systems • Review inbound receipts, outbound orders, returns, and adjustments for accuracy and timing • Lead and coordinate cycle counts and full physical inventory efforts across all 3PL facilities and applicable Fitlab locations • Investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive resolution and prevention actions • Maintain SKU integrity in Fitlab ERP systems • Manage and audit inventory transactions within Full Circle v14.1, NetSuite, and 3PL portals • Ensure synchronization and consistency between all systems • Partner with Accounting to support month-end close and inventory valuation reporting • Develop and maintain reports that monitor on-hand quantities, adjustments, and movement trends • Audit freight-related system transactions to ensure shipments are accurately reflected • Support freight invoice validation by reconciling shipment data with inventory movements • Serve as the primary contact for all inventory-related issues with 3PL partners • Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure outbound shipment readiness and inventory visibility • Work closely with Brand Operations, Planning, Purchasing, and Customer Service • Maintain system-level visibility to inbound and outbound freight movements • Coordinate with 3PL partners for accurate and timely receipt of inbound freight • Track inbound purchase orders from supplier to warehouse receipt • Monitor shipment status for inventory timing and proactively communicate delays • Support resolution of shipping exceptions in collaboration with Customer Service • Create, document, and enforce SOPs for inventory control procedures • Track and report KPIs for accuracy, reconciliation timing, and adjustment frequency • Support internal and external audits with documentation and detailed inventory data • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Process end-to-end payroll for multi-state employees across multiple business units • Ensure accuracy of wages, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings • Maintain and audit payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes • Manage payroll within Paylocity and maintain system data integrity • Reconcile payroll reports and support general ledger payroll tie-outs • Coordinate payroll tax filings and ensure federal, state, and local compliance • Respond to employee and manager payroll inquiries promptly • Support payroll and benefits deduction coordination with HR • Assist with payroll audits and reporting requests • Document and improve payroll workflows and controls
