Director, Strategic Enterprise Partnerships

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy targeting UHNW family offices, multi-family offices, private concierge firms, and trusted advisors serving UHNW individuals and their entities. • Initiate and conduct successful online and in person meetings with self-sourced strategic partners. • Independently source and engage principals, family office executives, chiefs of staff, and senior concierge leaders to translate lifestyle, security, and business needs into private aviation solutions. • Partner with internal technology and operations teams to ensure Elevate’s booking platform integrates seamlessly into partner ecosystems while preserving service standards while continuing to evolve. • Lead onboarding and program launches for all levels of clientele. • Maintain oversight and involvement in client issue resolution, service recovery, and sensitive operational needs. • Represent Elevate Jet discreetly at relevant industry events, private forums, and relationship-driven engagements. • Continuously deepen understanding of client expectations, service trends, and competitive offerings to inform solution development. • Drive exceptional client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnership growth. • Establish regular business review sessions articulating the state of the programs, strategic objectives, project progress and other performance metrics. • Maintain a robust pipeline within CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and executive visibility at all times. • Collaborate cross-functionally across globally distributed teams to deliver seamless enterprise implementations and ongoing program support. • Ensure signed contracts are shared with key stakeholders to foster timely billing, or for reporting activities. • Maintain appropriate levels of involvement with client issues requiring resolution, including invoices, accounts receivables, service incidents. • Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working directly with family offices, multi-family offices, concierge firms, or similar luxury service environments, required.
- Proven track record developing partnerships within the luxury service ecosystem.
- Private charter/aviation experience preferred.
- Experience aligning technology-enabled solutions with bespoke service delivery models.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Job Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for protecting and growing assigned customer accounts while actively prospecting for new business within the meat and poultry industry.
